No, I've seen sets with 15-foot ceilings. 20 babies
I'm not sure what kind of wood these dolls are made of, but they're sturdy and lovely. My granddaughter has a lot of fun with it.
The dolls do not have a clear coat. I bought them for myself and they sit on an end table, so I'm not sure how easily they chip. They're so cute.

The artwork is stunning. The color progression is also nice because each doll is a different color, making it easier for small children to put it back together. The wood used appears to have some easily stressed points, and one of them cracked the first time we played with it. And when I went to see if I could glue it, I discovered that I couldn't. Another was shattered. Because it's such a lovely set, I'm hoping it was just a fluke. But I'm not going to risk getting a new set because two of the pieces are broken.
These dolls were purchased as a birthday present for my 6-year-old granddaughter. She went to Amazon and chose the ones she wanted. The website's main doll depicted a curly-haired woman. cue decorations painted in the heart. br> The doll itself was painted with the number 666! This has angered me greatly, and I believe Amazon should refund my money or replace the dolls with a different set. I told my son to toss it in the trash. Grandma and a very dissatisfied young girl!.
Very let down. My Preschooler son broke one of the dolls (the fourth smallest) into several tiny pieces after only one full day of play. He didn't swallow them or cut himself on the jagged edges, which was a blessing. The smaller dolls are flimsy and easily broken. br>br>Now missing one doll, actually two dolls, because the smallest doll is practically unusable due to its small size and risk of being lost or swallowed. br>br>I'd be grateful for a replacement doll for the one that was broken.
After a trip to Russia, we received a 40-year-old set from a relative. My grandkids were fascinated by the dolls, but we were worried that the old dolls would be damaged by toddler play. So we bought this set based on the reviews, which stated that it was durable and well-made. made. We were pleased with their performance: They're made of a thicker wood, each doll is a slightly different color (great for color naming games), and the kids seem to like them. For the time being, we only allow them to play with the larger dolls because we want them to have the entire set when they get older so they can enjoy the tiny last few dolls.
For a child, this is appropriate. This was purchased for my three-year-old granddaughter, who is a huge fan of my nesting dolls. It's large, which is good for her hands, and the artwork is nicely detailed. However, it has a cheap feel to it, and the design has no coating or protection. I sprayed it with two coats of polyurethane, but it should have been done by them. More coats will almost certainly be added.
This is a fantastic collection. It's well-made, with excellent attention to detail. br>br>They are very popular with my granddaughter, and the tiny baby was a pleasant surprise.
I bought them because they were reasonably priced and the dolls were beautiful in color and style. I was very pleased with the quality when I received it. The patterns were extremely detailed, and my daughter enjoyed disassembling the doll and displaying it throughout her room before reassembling it. It's been over a year since I purchased this product, and it's still in excellent condition. This purchase has exceeded my expectations.
I purchased the set for my 4-year-old granddaughter for Christmas this year because she enjoys playing with the nesting doll set at my house when she comes to visit. Because this set is larger, thicker, and not lacquered like mine, it is more difficult to slide and pull apart. I'm hoping she'll be able to manipulate this set with her small hands without becoming frustrated. At the very least, the larger dolls are less likely to be misplaced. This set is likely to please her.
