Due to the fact that I had bought this as a gift, I'm not quite sure how accurate a review I can write. Although I opened it for a look at it, it did not really appeal to me. There is not much room in the hat and cape. Despite the fact that she is very petite, the 8-year-old will not be able to wear these. It looks like the props are made of very cheap If handled by a child, they look like they are going to break quickly. Although the instructions seem a little vague, sometimes kids are superior to adults when it comes to understanding things like this. It should be a little bit of fun for her. I actually docked it a point for a few instances where the instructions are not written very clearly, so it takes a bit of trial and error to figure things out. Neither of us has mastered all of the tricks in the kit, and one of the rotating tops doesn't seem to work, but on the whole I think the tricks included in the kit are more interesting than those found in other kits geared towards young children.

A few of the tricks are easy enough for our son to learn at age 4. In addition to the outfit being adorable, he also loves the color! There is definitely a mistake in the Manufacturer's statement that this product is for children four months and older since a child that puts things in their mouths will not find this product suitable for them! All in all, a really good hour for the money, and I am sure he will love learning all these tricks as time goes on!.

Getting this one for my son was very convenient since it includes both the cape and the wand. The cape is quite high-quality. Neither the blouse nor the hat are bad.

I'm not really sure what I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the wand and most of the tricks. The only way I can tell if it's easy to learn is that I bought it for my grandson this year for Christmas. Kits like this are very adorable, and I know my grandson will love them. It will serve as a springboard for his own tricks.
I also found that the price was very fair for what was provided.

I have no idea how my 4-year-old son will cope with these tricks. He loves magic, but he is a little advanced for his age. A cape, hat, and gloves can be worn as dress-ups, which makes this whole package worth its weight in gold. What a cute animal!.
