This is a great family activity! I love these planes! My son (7) loves playing with them so much! We recommend that if you have puppies like us, you pick them up after every use and make sure that the puppies are occupied when using them, as we had one of our planes shredded by the puppies

A 5 and 3 year old grandchild can enjoy this flying machine as it doesn't fly as far, but it does fly. She bounces back from any abuse she receives.
