It's better to look at than to use. It can be used as a telescope, but it isn't very good.

It's a brand-new product. This scope is a replica of one from 1929. It's of good quality and (barely) functional, but it's mostly useful for enhancing a room's or area's nautical theme.

It appears to be of excellent quality and looks great. Purchase one now before they sell out. When you know how to use it, it's a fully functional scope. Pull all sections of the scope out as far as they will go, then move the eye piece section back and forth until it is in focus, according to the instructions. br>br>Excellent piece for a display.

On the real brass body, you can smell the oil that was used. Regardless of what others have said, it's also functional: simply aim it at whatever you're looking at, then expand or contract your body as necessary to bring it into focus. Love it!.

It's not worth the trouble

It's flimsy and I can't see anything through it. I wasn't expecting a NASA telescope, but it would be nice to be able to tell what you're looking at rather than having the scope filled with misshapen blobs.
