Each piece of tubing is sorted into groups of parts that match and then placed in plastic bags. So all of the single cylinders are in one bag, the stairs are in another bag, the fly wheels are in yet another bag, and so on. They are not shared wrapped, but rather clear plastic bags that have been heat sealed. All of the pieces are gleaming and have a snug fit. All of the marbles are packaged in a ziplock bag for later use and storage. All of the white plastic marbles are homemade and have not yet been snapped together in the same ziplock as the glass marbles (my son preferred the former over the latter due to the toy's lighter weight and faster free fall speed). br>Finding used ones that weren't scuffed from use would be difficult. You will begin to leave light scratches in the plastic as soon as you use them. This may make them appear used, depending on how often you use them. br>br>I hope this has been of assistance!

Before deciding on this marble run, I read a lot of reviews on various marble runs. I agonized over the reviews that appeared on almost every different marble run, claiming that the pieces don't hold together and the structures fall apart, but despite a few negative reviews, I decided to buy this one, and it's fantastic! The pieces are well-knit, and my 7-year-old son enjoys playing with them. year- old and almost four-year-old year- It's a lot of fun for the kids to play with. They spent at least 6 hours that day, and at least 4 hours every day for the next few days, playing with it when we first got it. Over the course of a week or two, their interest waned, but they still pull it out every few weeks and play with it for an hour or so. For $40, this is a great deal. It's great that it comes with a handy drawstring bag so we can pack it all away together and the pieces don't get lost; it's also great that it came with so many marbles because, despite our best efforts, they DO disappear. In response to the reviews claiming that structures are prone to collapsing; In my experience, this isn't a problem with the toy. You must build with caution, arranging the towers in a triangular or square pattern (or any kind of staggered pattern, really) for stability, rather than in a straight line, which would be easily knocked over. My children quickly picked up on this. My 7- year- old learned to construct complex, fully functional structures in a very short period of time. My almost-4-year-old son year- old enjoys running the marbles down structures that someone else builds, or just playing with the pieces, connecting and disconnecting them, sorting the colors, collecting and hoarding marbles, and so on; he doesn't quite "get" the concept of making a functioning marble run on his own yet, but that's fine; both kids enjoy the toy. Only two pieces out of the entire set are defective; the two that appear to be curved roller coasters rails for roller coasters We stopped using them because they were slightly warped and the balls wouldn't run on them. All of the other functions are flawless, and we are extremely pleased.
I'm giving it five stars because it's a big hit with my nephew. It elicits a lot of creativity, necessitates some logic, and inspires design, all of which are excellent qualities in a toy. It did come with "142 pieces," but many of them are these useless plastic marble pieces (at least, that's what I believe they are - They're split into two halves that fit together). There are no instructions, only some models that you can try to replicate from photographs. But, while you do get a good toy out of it, don't buy it just because it says more pieces unless the price is truly lower and you get more actual marble maze pieces.
It's also very easy to clean, which I appreciate. We're going to get them a second set so they can make even longer marble runs.
I wish I had purchased it earlier! I was concerned that my 5-and-a-half-year-old son would be too young to appreciate the multi-piece run. That estimate was WAY off the mark! He needed my help setting it up and teaching him the ropes right away. But as soon as it collapsed and we had to rebuild it again, he was gone! He has learned a great deal about gravity theory and general physics. even engineering (though he has no idea he is learning these things). This product has so far exceeded my expectations. The pieces appear to be a lot more delicate than they actually are. In my opinion, it is fairly durable. I don't know what to compare it to, though. It's appropriate for kids as young as four and a half years old! I'm having a lot of fun with this one as well!.
This would have been fantastic if it hadn't been for the fact that it isn't at all sturdy! It was such a letdown. Even after constant adjusting and tightening, the kids and I were so excited to open this that it wouldn't stay put. My children are younger, and I had hoped that this would be something I could help set up for them and keep them occupied for a while, but I was fixing it the entire time they were playing. It's a real pain. I tried to make a shorter structure in the hopes of keeping it from wobbling, but there are very few bottom/foot pieces, leaving some of the basic connector parts to be used as support, but a. They are (once again) not durable, and they are b. This will skew the length, making it impossible for the pieces to line up perfectly, resulting in more problems. unpredictability It's a total letdown!.
It's a lot of fun to play with this toy. It was fun to play with for my husband as well. It is not particularly stable, so proceed with caution - It will collapse if you hit it. The included marbles are fantastic, and the lighted ones are especially entertaining. It would be great if we could order extras. The seller recommended purchasing 5/8 inch marbles if you want extras in response to a customer's question, and I did so on Amazon, but they did not work. The marbles with a diameter of 5/8 inch slipped right through. Overall, this is a fantastic toy - Simply put, it is not very durable.
This was a gift for my 5-year-old daughter. year- old girl. She already had another set that I gave her when she was three years old and she loved it, so this was an addition to allow us to make larger sets. I'm having a lot of fun putting this set together into various mazes. The pieces aren't particularly sturdy, which is one of my criticisms of it. Some of the tracks don't even get the marbles through, despite being better than the previous set from a different brand. The yellow one with the looped shape is useless. Others simply fall through or off the other tracks. I wish the LED marbles had lasted a little longer because they were really cool! Despite the disadvantages, I would recommend this product!.
My four-year-old grandson played with it nonstop for more than three hours. One day, you will be able to stop. My husband seemed to enjoy it just as much as I did. The plastic marbles were discarded because they were unappealing. The regular marbles, as well as others that we had on hand, performed admirably.
