Questions & Answers

Is the foam thick enough to keep the marbles from falling off, or is there a lip that I'm missing in the photos?

The foam is approximately 3/4" thick, but the marbles are kept on the track by a clear plastic barrier (3/4" high).

Which of these magnetic boards is the right size for you? 35, 34, 35, 35, 35, 35, 35, 35, 35, 35, 35, 35 ?

It's a good idea to use 3 x 4.

Will a 2 x 3 ft metal board be too restricted? We don't have a magnetic refrigerator in our house right now. ?

Yes. Because that is an insufficient space, I use my metal door. Magnets are a popular activity among the children in my daycare. One of the best toys ever for children aged 3 to 12 years old.

I'm worried that toddlers will put the marbles in their mouths - Is it possible to use other types of larger balls?

For the past two years, I've been using it in my kindergarten class. Anything bigger than marbles isn't going to do the trick. I wouldn't recommend it to kids who are still putting things in their mouth.

This is a fantastic science kit
5/5

This set was a huge hit with my children (5 and 7). It came with plastic marbles, but they could use their existing glass ones as well. They enjoy watching the various types of marbles react while in motion. In addition, they collaborate well to create their run. I didn't want marbles flying into the tile or under the fridge, so I bought an oil change drip pan from WalMart for $11 and used scotch sticky stuff to attach it to the playroom wall. The drip pan (as seen in the photo) is almost the ideal size for this set. If you have children under the age of five, you should be aware that the white section in the middle (where the marbles roll) is made of foam. If your child is inclined, it may be pulled apart.

Excellent execution of a fantastic idea
5/5

This Christmas, man, did I strike gold in terms of great toys for the three-year-old. my granddaughter, who is a year old. Learning Resources is back, and this time it's a fantastic set. When I was a kid, we had to make our own marble 'tracks' out of shirt cardboards, gift boxes, and whatever else we could find, as well as a lot of Scotch tape. My own children had Swedish wooden sets that were fantastic, but I imagine they would be less so on today's wood floors. Foam tracks with magnetic backs, for example, can be installed on any vertical steel surface, such as the refrigerator, filing cabinets, or entry doors. If you want to keep it in their room, you can buy one of those magnetic boards. Non- Scratch, bright colors, and the youngster picks up a few new skills while having a good time. I don't like to spend a lot of money on toys at this age because they grow so quickly, but Learning Resources has some high-quality toys at low prices. I've got a second set in the works to expand the possibilities of this one. br>br>I know it sounds like I'm promoting Learning Resources, but that's not the case. I'm just a grandmother who is fed up with all the nonsense out there - I, for one, am of all ages. Finding good toys that are well-made, allow children to use their imaginations while playing with them, can be shared, and aren't too expensive is a real challenge. So far, every toy I've bought from LR has been perfect, and best of all, I've been able to use it over and over again. Later, when I believe she has outgrown them, she will invent a new way to play with them, which is where the real learning occurs in the early years.

This is fantastic! What a brilliant concept! My son had a blast with them on our garage, and the designs and cards are entertaining
5/5

The magnets did come loose on occasion, but not frequently, and we were using a garage door that wasn't perfectly flat. When we needed to, we used our magna tiles to help them out. Any kid who wants to be a builder should read this book. a fantastic product!.

It was well worth the money
5/5

This toy set is fantastic. It's imaginative, fun, and inventive, and it's appropriate for all of our children from the ages of two to eight. It's fun for 7 to play with. They enjoy racing the marbles down the tracks and will continue to do so for a long time. br>br>It includes a set of laminated cards that can be used as inspiration. These were a big hit with our kids, and I was surprised at how well they could follow the card to create a track. It turned it into a toy that they could play with without having to rely on me! Despite the fact that we use it frequently. br>br>The pieces are made of foam and are light but sturdy. They have seen a lot of use and are still in good condition. They've been cleaned a little because we use them on a chalkboard, but they still look great after being covered in colored chalk. The magnets are strong, and the pieces are securely held together, but not excessively so. Making it simple to rearrange or remove items. br>br>The marbles that come with it are a little lighter than regular marbles, so they go well with the set. Regular ones, on the other hand, work just as well (since we seem to misplace the ones we're given from time to time). It occurs when a fast-moving track is built, and the force of the stop causes the basket piece to fall off. Who could be angry about that, though? The tracks are capable of moving at a high rate.

Buy it now, buy it now, buy it now, buy it now, buy it now, buy it now, buy I've done a couple of reviews in the past
5/5

One is due to this product. We bought a large piece of sheet metal from the hardware store, nailed it to our son's wall, and then purchased the Tumble Trax, and our house has been peaceful ever since. br>br>The Trax are a well-known band. The instructions are excellent and the product is well-built. My 3. My 5-year-old son has been playing with them for the past two hours and has built all of the tracks by himself using the simple instructions. I was able to catch up on work while he was playing. This is a low-cost nanny. I would strongly suggest it.

Nonsensical and boring It has a purpose
3/5

Although the age group is five, there is no interest! When the marble is placed on the foam 'track,' the magnetic back isn't strong enough to keep it on the fridge and it falls off. To keep the marble in place, the 'tracks' are made of hard foam with a hard plastic 'wall. ' My grandkids, on the other hand, are not impressed. Spend less money on a better system.

The kids were able to play for hours! I have two young boys under the age of five who are constantly fighting
5/5

This device was instrumental in preserving my mental health. NOT ONLY DID THEY PLAY TOGETHER, BUT THEY PLAYED WITH EACH OTHER They didn't fight and were able to play for several hours. br>br>I'm going to buy a magnetic whiteboard so they can use it outside of the kitchen. br>The pieces are light and strudy at the same time. The magnets are not prone to slipping. This item is for you if you have little engineers. br>br> They collaborated to come up with angles that would allow the marble to follow the path. I would strongly suggest it.

The kid will enjoy it, but it isn't well-made
3/5

made. To begin with, my child enjoys these and has created some impressive courses on our refrigerator. I did, however, have to repair a few marble-strewn pieces of the front. After less than a month of fairly light use, the guard plastic began to peel off. Clear packing worked perfectly, so there was no major issue. The other, slightly more serious issue is that when a marble falls onto it, the pieces will shift slightly, and the "catch basin" piece will not even stay in place when all four supplied marbles are placed in it. br>br>I'd like to point out that I have an old-fashioned typewriter. The problem isn't caused by a stainless or otherwise insufficiently ferrous surface, as it was in the 1980s. Regardless, it's entertaining and instructive. br>br> With a few more pieces, stronger magnets, and improved adhesives, this toy could easily be a five-star product.
