Although it is a little out of date, it is still usable

You must connect this to a computer before using it with any of the Leap Frog activity books, as with most other Leap Frog products. You'll need to download a program and link the books together. It's time consuming and, to be honest, out of date in this day and age. It's pretty simple to use after that, but if you want to buy a large library of activity books to go with it, you'll have to delete and reload them frequently because the device can only hold a few at a time.

It was well worth the money

My 3-year-old daughter used TAG before moving on to LeapStart Go, which has yet to be released in Australia. I enjoyed TAGS interaction, but after seeing the new Leap Reader, I decided to give it a try. The TAG was promoted by 3D, and it was preferred. If I had to buy it again, I would choose Reader over everything else. The reason for this is that paper, pen, and ink have a certain allure. I want my children to be able to interact without being exposed to too much plastic or screen time. Even educational games on an iPad can become addicting from the age of one. I struggled to remove 'educational viewing' from my baby when she was 5 years old, but with the Leapfrog she still enjoys and learns while also being able to put it down and cry about it, eager to return later to turn the pages. I'd rather my children become addicted to books and pens with limited but educational media. I looked everywhere for this, and when I came across LeapStart Go, I knew it was the one. ideal. I'm overjoyed with it. It is a hit with my toddler.

When I was younger, I wish I had had a toy like this. It's not only entertaining, but it's also a great way to learn. This is the type of toy that children should be playing with, and I would strongly recommend it!.
