LeapFrog LeapReader Junior Book: 1, 2, 3 Dora (works with Tag Junior)

My 2. So-and-so is five years old. So, here's the deal with her son, Tag Jr. She was a better reader in general because she had already used her older sister's cooler-looking Tag Pen. Initially, we purchased a number of the books to accompany the Jr. , and Dora is undoubtedly her favorite; in fact, I believe it is the only one in the Jr. series to which she pays close attention. series. But that's mostly due to the fact that it's Dora. However, after reading her Dora book, she is inspired to read her other books. br>br>This book has a lot more to offer than just counting from 1 to 10. It teaches about the various fruits Dora is bringing to the picnic, as well as how to count them. Dora's little pals are also included in the book. It also has a few other educational/problem-solving elements hidden within it. It is a place where you can solve problems. For the 4 Guavas page, for example, my daughter will select the Dora picture. It instructs my daughter to locate the other type of fruit on the page, a pineapple in Dora's basket. Throughout the book, there are a variety of these. Of course, it also says the names of the fruits and other Spanish words. Dora's narrative voice is true to the show, and the music that plays when she lands on a "blank" area of the book sounds like the show's music. br>br>This book is definitely entertaining for about 10 minutes at a time, which is a good amount of time for a small child. This is an excellent Tag Jr. if you have a Dora fan. To have a book.

granddaughter, who is ten years old. She would simply place the reader on the books and move it without stopping at first. She refused to put it down after we demonstrated how to hold it on the picture! These books, as well as the handheld reading device for toddlers, are fantastic. I also bought her the "little green house" carrying case, which she uses as her purse and carries the books and reader with her wherever she goes now that she's over two years old.

This item is identical to what you'd find in stores, and it's a great deal on Amazon. My daughter absolutely adored the book, which she had only received this morning and had already read several times. I still need to download the information into my little Tag guy, but I'm sure this will be one of her favorite books for a long time, especially since it was so cheap and came in the original Leapster packaging. I would buy it again and recommend it to others. In terms of my opinion of the book, I think it's adorable and appropriate for her age of two. The age of the child is 5.

It's incredible how simply touching the reader to the pages causes it to read the story and recognize the numbers and images on the pages. It'll be a hit with my granddaughter!.

Violet the reading dog is my toddler's favorite toy. She is 18 months old and adores it. Violet reads it for you when you hold her over the words, or we read it together on a daily basis. It's a brilliant piece of work.
