I got 13 out of six colors and 22 out of seven. They do, however, glow in a different color than expected once activated. I activated two at 9 a. m. , and they were still going strong at 6 p. m. , as well as the next day! So far, these appear to be of excellent quality, but my sample set is limited. If anything changes, I'll let you know. On my little boy, the long ones' pre-connected connector broke in the middle pretty quickly. If this becomes a pattern, I'll keep you updated. Overall, I'm very pleased so far. br>br>UPDATE: These are a hit with my kids. The connector appears to be in good condition; however, I believe our breakage was caused by a 2nd failure. A three-year-old is behaving badly. I strongly advise you to save some of the connectors from the 'used' ones for future use. My kids had a bunch around their necks when we went to Disney World, and they handed them out to other kids in line who loved them. Price has increased slightly; I wish I had purchased more when it was cheaper.

The students were disappointed when these were used for a black light dance at school. Regardless of how much bending and shaking they did, many of them only worked on a portion of the stick. About a quarter of the time, they didn't work at all. br>The connectors were easily broken, there were no spares, and the bracelets and necklaces used different sized connectors, making it difficult to swap them out.

  I just received my package a few minutes ago, on April 18, and opened the amazon box to inspect the contents. Unfortunately, one of the glow stick tubs/boxes had been opened, indicating that it was a returned item, and the majority of the glow sticks in that tube were no longer functional. to bad.

My order was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, April 9th, but it arrived on the 10th, which is fine because I won't need the glow sticks until after the weekend. However, when I opened each container within an hour of receiving it, I discovered that 28 of the 100 necklaces had already cracked in some places. I'm hoping that the necklaces that appear to be completely "uncracked" haven't faded so much that they appear intact; if I hadn't opened the package and waited until the day of, I'd be left wondering why some necklaces are brighter in some places than others. Overall, the necklaces are vibrant; however, I wish the container were thicker so that this would not be an issue. Is this the worst thing that has ever happened to you? No, but I don't want to be disappointed after spending $30.

The bracelets didn't seem to last as long as the necklaces in the other tub, but they were fine. One advantage was that the necklace connectors were already attached and appeared to be quite sturdy. It was simple to put together a large quantity for a party.

To send off the bride and groom, we used glow sticks instead of sparklers. These were extremely successful. On camera, the longer lengths mixed with the shorter ones looked great, and it was a fun way to end the evening without the risk of fire, burns, or messy clean up!.

For an outdoor movie night, these were a hit with both kids and parents. However, there were some issues with the quality of the necklaces, with about half of them failing to light up. They seemed to be dry and unbreakable. Fortunately, I bought a large enough quantity to satisfy everyone, but it was disappointing to waste money on items that did not work.

They only glowed for an hour and didn't even make it to the end of Trick-or-Treat. treating. I'm so disappointed that I squandered my money on them. The large sticks came with the connectors already attached, which I thought was a nice touch.
