Having tried three sleep training clocks, we have found that this is our favorite. Let me list the things we really appreciate
The light colors make it easy for your kids to differentiate between when to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up.
I am very pleased with the added feature of showing a sleeping face versus an awake face on the clock. It's nice to know that the bottom buttons are not easy for a child to press wrongly, so the settings of the clock aren't messed up. Two of our other clocks allowed the kids to manually begin a sleep cycle (they did so on 2 of them) There has been a child in this one It has so far been a positive experience for us). This clock is also simple and functional, as there are not more details than are needed. All of the settings are useful and worth the time you spend setting them up. I have not changed many of the settings since we set up the clock when we first received it. We've found it helps our children to fall into a routine more quickly. Not long after reading the instructions, I became concerned about waking the child up from sleep due to an "alarm"- but it turned out that was not the case. As you can see, that is not the case if you don't want to set that (as we did not). I love sleeping with the white noise that has been set all night. When is the time to take action? Rise setting is triggered, and the noise is shut off in our settings. In fact, although this is the opposite of setting an alarm, our child noticed the sudden stop of sound as an extra indication that it was time to awaken. By lowering the white noise volume a bit, I have managed to make him sleep as long as he needs. Also, when he wakes up naturally on his own, mom's clock makes it clear whether he needs to come running into the room. I don't know whether dad's room is in the basement. This is a model that I would definitely recommend.

Because of its many functions, this clock is a favorite of ours. Green is when you need to wake up, and red is when it is time to go to bed, along with the sound of a bell. Early morning, they wait until the light is green before they get out of bed. Thank you so much for introducing us to this clock, and for this awesome Our family purchased this clock so my 3 year old would be able to stay in her room through Every time she tried to go to sleep, it was a struggle. means that we are not responsible for making her go to sleep because the clock now sets the time. She will now stay in her room all night long. It seems like my daughter woke up and manipulated it both times the clock played music during the night, but I am not certain whether the clock malfunctioned or she did it. I'm not sure whether my child figured out how to unlock it. It does have a love feature on it, which is great, but you have to hold down the lock button to get it unlocked. part of this area is that even when I unplug it (for hours at a time), all my settings are saved, and I don't have to program it again when I plug it In my opinion, this clock has everything that a person could imagine, and I actually wish to buy one to keep at the grandparents' We have really enjoyed working with this clock a lot and find it to be incredibly helpful.
