It took several weeks to arrive, and it came with a foot pump and a cover. If you don't put the pillow inside the cover to puff it up, it won't fit. The zipper stitching isn't of the highest quality, but it's adequate for the money.

It doesn't inflate at all. It's a standard $1 dollar store purchase. They also want me to ship it back to China! I was disgusted.

I agree with the other reviews that this is a Dollar Store quality product, and they want you to pay shipping to return it to China, which will cost more than the product itself.
