My children are happy with the desks, but the customer service is poor

The instructions were incompatible with the chair that was provided. There were insufficient screws in the screw bag. I attempted to contact the company about the missing parts, but they insisted on seeing pictures of the items I required. I had no idea how to photograph something I didn't have, but I was able to piece it together using parts from my toolbox. It was filthy when it came out of the box. Before putting it together, we had to scrub it clean.

There is a concern about safety

I purchased two of these desks for my son and daughter, and I am disappointed that, despite the fact that the product states that both the desk and chair can be set to the lowest setting, the desk(19. Chair (7in) (11in) (11in) (11in) (11in 8in) is possible, but doing so would make the product impossible to put together properly, posing several safety concerns.

As described, this is a very sturdy table. However, after sitting in the chair, a child may find it difficult to move closer to the table.

What a fantastic purchase! This desk is a hit with my daughter! Since we received it a few weeks ago, she has sat at it every night to draw! When we first received it, one of the pieces was missing, but the seller quickly resolved the issue and was a pleasure to work with! This is something I would strongly suggest to any child who enjoys drawing and painting!

This desk did not include all of the necessary components for assembly (nails, for example). I had to go to Home Depot to get more supplies in order to put it together. It's also unleveled, which I noticed, but it's good enough to work with.
