The storage lockers were delivered to me in two orders, each for three lockers. The exchange was necessary for one, but I should have returned all of them. All lockers arrived in secure boxes, but were scratched so badly that you would have to wonder whether they were truly completely unconnected to the other lockers when you received As soon as I exchanged one, I received another just as scratched as the original. This would've been a better purchase if I had done more research before purchasing When I first saw it, I thought it was metal because it looked that way. All the pieces are included but you have to use the Phillips screw driver. Set is easy to assemble. There are few problems with the hardware because it looks solid enough and doors are easy to open and close. The only con I can find is that the paint job is a little soft and I think it will show scratches pretty quickly over time. But it's not too difficult to fix if you use some fire engine red touch up paint. It would be best if it was in a kid's.
