Questions & Answers

Is this a sand color or a grey color?

It has a sand-like texture to it, rather than being grey. This is an incorrect description.

When the chair is not in a reclined position, it appears to be tilted or leaning forward. Is this the way it really is, or is it just the picture?

It's merely a representation. When I sit in the chair, I don't feel like I'm leaning forward.

What is the maximum height of the back seat? I'm 5'7" and want to make sure the height is above my shoulders, not below. Is there anyone who has experienced something similar?

I'm about 5'6" tall and can comfortably rest my head.

What's the maximum weight that you can carry?

Holds up to 200 pounds with ease.

A fantastic chair for all occasions! This is an excellent all-around chair that can be used for a variety of purposes
4/5

It is extremely cozy. It's a power recliner that swivels 180 degrees and glides very smoothly and quietly. It is not a wall-mounted recliner (although I believe it is also available as a manual recliner. ) If you want to recline all the way back, the chair needs to be at least 18" away from the wall. It's not an issue for me because I keep mine in the corner of a room. The reclining position is nearly flat all the way back, making it ideal for sleeping. When the power button is pressed, the seat and footrest recline first, followed by the back, which reclines to its flattest position. It's small enough to fit in a bedroom or a small space, and you can turn off the power button at any time to have the chair stop at any reclining position you want. (I'm not sure how the manual positions work. ) However, it is designed for a smaller/shorter person to use as a recliner. My husband is 6' and finds it comfortable to sit in and glide in for short periods of time, but he dislikes the fact that the back isn't tall enough for him to lean against. Furthermore, his feet hang far off the footrest, and his head is uncomfortable to recline for an extended period of time. I'm a 5' female, and it fits me perfectly, even though my feet do hang out a little when the chair is reclined to a medium position, but it's not uncomfortable. As a chair and glider, my feet are close enough to the floor to allow me to push off and glide; I also use a small throw pillow for my back, but I need a pillow in almost every chair I sit in. Because of the way the back is made, if you wear bifocals or progressive lenses, you may need to adjust your glasses down or place a small pillow behind your head if watching TV from a reclining position. With a small push off a side table, it can swivel while reclining, but it does not glide. The color is not the same as it appears on the screen, which is blue grey. The color is more of a warm grey/camel shade. It comes with a protective foam type cover that is very well packed. It is divided into two parts. The back and the seat/base are the two most important parts of the chair. The assembly is simple. The back of the chair simply slides or snaps into the seat/base. This chair would look great in a nursery. It comes highly recommended from me. It has made me very happy. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because of the appearance. In one of the back corners of my chair, the material has puckered. Furthermore, the piping on the front of the chair seat, above the foot rest, was not sewn on straight, and the material on that section was not pulled tight enough, resulting in small waves in the front. (See photos. ) Amazon, on the other hand, was extremely generous. I called and explained my cosmetic problems and that I didn t want to go through the hassle of returning the chair, so they gave me 25% return on it.

Everything I was looking for in an electric glider/recliner at a fraction of the cost! Every day, I use this chair, and there are days when I use it a lot more during quarantine
5/5

I bought it because I'm expecting a baby and needed a place to nurse. The most important piece of advice I can give you is to purchase this chair as soon as possible. Don't put off making a purchase until you're further along. It's very quiet, and the recline is perfect. It's also electric up and down, so you don't have to push the foot rest with your foot. I've already slept in it (thanks, heartburn), and I try to keep my feet up as much as possible to keep the swelling down. This chair is everything I wanted in a glider/recliner without the astronomical price tag of the other electric chair that appears on every "best of" list. br>It's very simple to put together, but it's quite heavy, so you'll need assistance getting it into the house. To recline (and charge your phone), it must be plugged in, and once reclined, it will not glide or rock. This feature will be appreciated by your walls. br>I purchased this chair with my own money and was not compensated or "encouraged" in any way to write a review for it.

With a few exceptions, I am generally pleased
4/5

For the price, I believe this is an excellent purchase. I deducted a star because of the following: br>1) Stability: br>br>br>br>br>br>br There is a slight sideways rocking that makes it feel less sturdy (seems unnecessary), and when you get up, the glider kicks back really hard. As a result, you must rise slowly. 2) The seat back appears to be missing some padding. The good: It's not plush or supportive. br>br>The bad: It's not plush or supportive. br>br> It's very appealing, appears to be of good quality, is somewhat comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price; I'm not sorry I bought it.

Off gassing and a chemical odor We bought this for our baby's nursery and are glad we didn't throw the box away! Because of the off gassing, there is a strong chemical odor
3/5

We aired it out and even cleaned it, but the odor lingered. We waited about 4 weeks until the return period was almost over, but the odor persisted. I ended up returning it and replacing it with a Greenguard Gold Certified recliner that did not stink. br>br>In addition, this recliner does not recline as far as the new one we got.

Faulty, and only for a short time
3/5

At first, I was completely enamored with this chair. It's for the baby's nursery, which is why I purchased it. We didn't use it right away because he arrived at the end of August. It began to grind after only a few months, making a loud noise when it reclines, startling the baby and making it more difficult to get him to sleep. Last week, I attempted to use the USB feature for the first time only to discover that it does not exist; the plate has been punched out for it, but behind it is just another metal plate.

It satisfies all requirements
5/5

We've been looking for a nursery chair for quite some time. I looked at hundreds of products on the internet but couldn't find the right fit. br>br>This one appears to be perfect!br>br>Swivel br>Rocking br>Power recline br>Comfortable br>reasonably priced br>br>Was hesitant to buy because there were no reviews and the shipping estimate was 4 weeks! Regardless, I took a chance and placed an order. Phew, it only took a week to arrive. We appear to be the first customers: br> )br>br>Now that we have the baby and have used it for nursing, we will be able to provide more accurate feedback. So far, everything has gone well.

Immediately The electric recliner was the main reason for the purchase because most other gliders with manual reclining required a lot of force to retract
5/5

br>After a few months of daily use, there have been no problems. br>The installation was quick and easy. br>The chair moves smoothly. br>The material is pleasant to the touch. br>The arms are extremely supportive when feeding and holding the baby!.

Distancing After a few months, the seat base began to separate from the side wall, which eventually collapsed
3/5

The footrest's fabric had ripped - We don't put shoes on it because of the natural wear and tear. Within eight months, it was completely pilled. But it still reclines a year later, and we use it because it's comfortable and has a good recline.
