The warranty email is a, despite the fact that it says "designed in the United States." instead of, you can use cn. com, indicating that the company is based in China. It's adequate, but it's not made in the United States of America.
Yes, it has an interior liner and, at least in my case, a spare liner....
I think I saw a link for it somewhere, but I'm not sure. Sorry.
I'm only guessing because I didn't specify that color. Urban black has a gray/silver tinge, according to a quick google search.

The zipper is at the bottom of the front pouch, which is sewn on upside down. I don't think it'll work out that well; it's not practical. br>It's time to make some changes. The manufacturer has contacted me. They were able to solve the problems by examining their manufacturing and quality assurance processes. Then they sent me a new one, which was exactly what I needed. DBTAC has done an excellent job. It meant a lot to me that you were able to solve the problem. You guys really outdid yourselves on this one. I'm excited to see what you guys come up with next. Thank you.
When I got the bag, it was torn on the inside. Behind the velcro that was sewn to the thin, plastic liner, the paper thin foil liner was torn. The model for the bag must be at least 4 feet tall, because the tan bag I received didn't appear to be nearly as big. I'm getting my money back and placing an order for something more long-lasting.
**update** Amazon immediately sent a replacement, which I received today. It is in perfect working order and has no flaws. Thanks! br>
I think this will make a great lunchbox for my husband. br>My only issue is the writing on the bag's top. This was overlooked by someone in the quality assurance department. br>I'm not thrilled about having to return this because it was a Christmas present, and I'm not sure if a replacement will arrive in time.
The quality of the material is excellent. This lunch box appears to have enough food to last me a while. I really like how it came with a velcro USA FLAG.
The good: the bag appears to be well-made so far; I've only recently received it, but it appears to be very nice; the bad: the side pockets are far too small. Even without anything in the bag, I can't fit a bottom water in either one of them. To fit a bottle of water in them, they need to be larger and stretch out more. The bag itself could be a little bigger, but it'll suffice. Amazon now bears the brunt of the bad press. I ordered a tan bag and was given a black bag instead. In my line of work, I have a lot of black bags, and I wanted something different to help me differentiate them. I like the black, but I really wanted the tan.
For the past few days, I've been using this. I was already disappointed on the first day of operation. Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought the leakproof liner would be made of hard plastic, but it's just regular flimsy plastic. Although they do give you an extra one, which I suppose is a good thing, I just wanted it for some structure and support for my lunchbox. I threw a few cans of drinks and my lunch (no ice pack) in it after it was used and it seemed to keep things pretty cold. After a few hours, the sodas were still refreshingly cold. I'm not a fan of the zipper because it seems to stick on the left side and even when it zips smoothly, it doesn't connect, so it's left open. Overall, it's adequate; however, I'm sure there are better options available; however, for what it is, I find it satisfactory.
I've had it for 16 days and have only used it for a few hours and it's already causing a mess; I would not recommend it; 4 bottles of water and a regular size topper wear and the material isn't durable; it doesn't keep things chilled or cool. It is not recommended to use this bag as a 5 or 7-day lunch bag. WILL BE RETURNING! br> br>Color and size are exactly as described!.
Optional rigidity is something I'd like to see implemented. Likes: Molle stitching, removable shoulder strap, top carry handle, roomy interior with lid pocket, two side pockets, and a front pouch dislikes: br>dislikes: dislikes: dislikes: dis There is no rigidity in the inside bucket, whether it is fixed or removable. Currently, I'm using a pail from my previous lunchbox, which is slightly shorter than the product's length. br>Future product feature requests: To make it easier to carry it from its height, add another handle across the height of either side. Not just the shoulder handle, but all handles should be detachable. Pail with rigid sides that can be used as an option.
