Update: 1 star has been added to the review. Several clasps have already broken in less than a month. I take a step forward. They haven't been handled roughly or anything because they're not mine or my toddler's. Simply put, they are inexpensive. made in a poor manner br>br>Purchased to keep toys organized. The three sizes are nice, and they're good for puzzles, collecting smaller toys like Little People or balls, and so on, but the clasp slider piece never stays down. My 18-month-old only needs to shake the bags a few times to loosen them up enough to open wide. That problem negates the entire point of purchasing the bags in the first place.
These bags were purchased to keep the "messier," multi-piece toys organized. We had a habit of tossing toys into bins, and my kids would just dump them over for fun. My daughters can now easily locate the bags of blocks, puzzles, and links and assist me in cleaning them up afterward. They can toss their toy bins around without spilling toys all over the nursery. br>br>However, I believe the fasteners could be a little more durable. If my toddler shakes a bag hard enough, the fastener will give way and the drawstring will loosen, allowing the toys to be released. However, if you want your children to be able to access all of their toys without assistance, you might consider this a positive.
For my grandson, I bought the mesh bags. He had a lot of LEGO kits and wanted to keep the pieces for each one separate from the rest. The bags worked perfectly, and we were able to store all of the bags in one large plastic container rather than multiple small containers that would have taken up too much space.
My one-year-old rips apart his puzzle pieces, so this is a great way to keep them together. Very long lasting! I just need to tie a knot on the end after I've pulled it closed, or he'll be able to open it.
These storage bags serve their purpose well. Some of them, however, didn't close properly, so I had to manually adjust the clasps. I noticed that the drawstrings on some of the bags were stitched shut, making it impossible to close them. There's got to be a problem here.
I bought these to keep all of our individual LEGO and Playmobil sets organized, and I wish I had done so sooner! Unlike the plastic ziplock baggies we used before, these are easy for kids to open and close on their own. I'm thinking about ordering a few more in smaller sizes.
It's available in a variety of sizes to fit a variety of toy sizes. I used them to keep track of sets of toys that had multiple pieces that we didn't want to lose (and wanted to keep together). Such a simple concept, but such a powerful tool for organization!.
I've been using them to keep track of a slew of small toys and games. We've put them in boxes over time, and things have gone missing and boxes have been ruined. These are fantastic for putting everything back together and keeping it that way.
