I was hesitant to order it because of the price ($99). I decided to order it anyway and return it if it didn't meet my expectations. br>br>They made this out of very high-quality materials. The item is well-designed. This one's got a zipper, which I really like. On Amazon, I looked at a lot of these types of storage bags, but only a few of them had zippers. It has a bottom handle for dumping toys and legos, as well as drawstring handles on the playmate to make picking up the toys easier. br>br>Amazing product and a game changer in the world of legos and toys!.
After experimenting with another bin, I decided to order this one. The other one was fine, but I wanted one where the mat was permanently attached and could not be removed. This makes it very simple and quick to clean up the lego blocks. It's a little taller than the previous one I ordered, and it zips shut. It accomplishes exactly what I was looking for. This is something I'd buy again.
On the outside, it's a fairly durable product, with a pull-out parachute-style liner on the inside. Pulling the "handles" to insert the liner and toys, on the other hand, is a chore. Half of the toys have spilled out, and I'm still picking them up and putting them back into the container.
These are for my two sons, so I bought two. It's deceiving because the kids in this photo are far too small to be playing with tiny LEGOS. My six-year-old is quite small for his age, and he can barely fit on the mat. They have a lot of LEGOS and needed a way to sort them out without making a mess. They just throw it out and make a mess, and cleaning it up takes a long time. You can just buy the sorting bins that shorten the pieces by size for less money. br>br>Also, we got sand in one at the beach and I can't get it out! It's extremely difficult to get out of this one.
So far, everything has gone well! It appears to be well constructed, and the nylon on which the toys spill out is a thicker, more durable material than a chincy thin parachute or tent material. The zipper, which appears to be a little sticky, may be the downfall in the long run. It must be kept on track in order for it to run smoothly. Overall, I'm pleased with my decision!!.
The carrying handles are well placed, and the organizer is nice; it was difficult to estimate how many legos this thing would hold, so I included a photo of the previous lego bins. The yellow and red bins were completely full, while the blue bin was close to capacity. Everything fit perfectly, and I had no trouble zipping up the fabric piece. The mechanism for putting everything back in place works well, and it would still be useful even if the drawstring broke.
up, and storage that is small I'm going to use it for the zillion figures. It's been used as a play mat by the kids so far. That, in my opinion, is an added bonus. I just like how simple it is to clean.
It's sturdily constructed and functions as a lego containment zone. It's more of a demarcation zone that my son seems to keep the legos within for the most part, rather than a barrier to keep kids/legos out. Leaving aside a few stray legos, the best part is that cleanup is a lot easier than before, when legos were strewn all over the place. Simply grab the handles and toss the legos into the bag, followed by the sheet.
