The only flaw I see is that the headboard part leans forward rather than standing upright, but I'm not sure how much that matters. It comes with a small electric pump, which is fantastic! All three sections took less than five minutes to inflate (the "headboard" is attached but has its own air hole to fill). Even older children will find it to be a good size. Small children will not be able to roll out because the mattress is tucked in just far enough.
If you don't put the stopper in right away after inflation, air will escape. My 29-pound toddler was nearly on the floor after a one-hour nap due to air leaking out of the inflated mattress. I will say that the part where the mattress sits is excellent; it hasn't lost any air since I brought it, and it has only been inflated once. Due to the mattress' inability to stay inflated, I would not take this on a trip.
This was purchased for my toddler as part of a multi-stop road trip. My son enjoys the bed because it is simple to inflate and takes up little room. I also like that it's in two pieces, so you can just take the mattress (which resembles a pool float) and save even more space. I'm also not concerned if he falls because the table is so low to the ground.
This bed is a hit with my grandchildren! It was ideal as a spare bed while they were here. Because the plastic appears to be quite thin, its long-term durability is a concern.
You will need to add a little air after each use, but we will see if this is a long-term issue or only during the first few evenings. It worked perfectly, and the pump performed even better than I had anticipated. Because nothing ever fits back into the original boxes, a storage bag would be a good idea for future upgrades. In general, I'm pleased.
This is something I bought for my autistic grandson, and he absolutely adores it! He appears to sleep for longer periods of time. It is very simple to inflate.
Purchased as a nighttime companion for my 6-year-old grandson. He liked using the air compressor that came with the bedding to blow things up.
Excellent craftsmanship. It maintains its inflated state. There is nothing to complain about. So far, I've taken it on two trips.
