The locomotive I originally received was broken with dead driving rods

It was a great locomotive, but I had a few issues. Also, it runs a little rough and not as smoothly as I'd like it to. Every time it rotates, it seems to jolt forward. It hardly makes a difference. But of course I noticed and cannot change what I saw. My computer was sent to Bachmann's repair service, but it still has a rough surface. I am sure it is a great product, but I ran into trouble.

A locomotive of this quality does not feel cheap

It looks nice, is incredibly light, and does not draw anything when it slips. In comparison to other Bachmann locomotives I own, the general feel of this locomotive is very cheap.
