THIS IS A NICE LITTLE CAR, BUT ON ONE OF THE TWO CARS, ONE OF THE COUPLERS DOESN'T WANT TO WORK ALL THE TIME, SO I'LL REPLACE IT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. Update. I didn't replace the car; instead, I looked into the issue. It wasn't the coupler itself, as I discovered. In the box, there was a burr that the coupler fit into. I removed the burr with a very small screwdriver, and everything was fine again, except the knuckle had broken due to my tinkering. That was my fault. So, until I can get some replacement couplers, that car is last in line. To work on these, you'll need a keen eye, a lot of patience, a deft touch, and a few small tools.
These are OK, not spectacular, but for the price of 16 they're a good little tank car to run or park on a siding. On the three I received, the couplers are a little inconsistent, but I didn't expect perfection for the price. They're a good deal, if not the best-running cars on the market.
This is a lovely train car with excellent graphics and paintwork. Its metal wheels, rather than plastic, appeal to me. The car is also well-balanced, which aids in keeping it on track. It arrived on time and undamaged, just like almost everything I order from Amazon. As the need arises, I will without a doubt order more Bachmann rolling stock.
This is a well-built vehicle. I recall seeing these on the rails in the Midwest, and they make a nice addition to my n-scale collection. train on a smaller scale.
Hi . Bachmann provided me with a tank car, which I am extremely grateful for. The tank car was built to a high standard. A customer who is extremely pleased. Larry is in the letter L.
