It is wonderful to have a little car like this. It's a beautiful piece of art, with great detail and colors. Almost any modern rail line should be able to use this.
The item was missing two wheels (two wheels were missing). My son was devastated in that he had given me his allowance for purchase of the item. A pack of 12 wheels was the only listing I could find and so I had to buy extra wheels in addition to the $17 I already spent. This was disappointing to say the least. Not worth the money in any way.
Taking a look at my layout, it looks good.
I really like the way it works and looks.

This is a finely detailed piece. A smooth operating system with a cool look.
Having owned three of these cars, I find them to be very reliable vehicles. Having compared them with Gilbert and other Bachmann cars, I observed that they had the following
PROS This model features 1) A striking colour scheme with red and black colors
2) Very fine detailing
3) A small size, but it is true to scale (oil tankers are much smaller than gasoline trucks)
CONS The PROs win 3
1) Lighter weight makes it more difficult to rail
Overall, the PROs win.
