My lights didn't light up after I connected this distribution board with a 12 V DC/AC power supply. Why? Does it light up, however, if I connect the light directly to the battery on my watch? The dots at the back of the board must be connected according to the method of the connection. What do I have to do on the board? I would appreciate any help you can provide.
Exactly the way I like it, this product is simple and straight forward. The only problem was that there were This product has the problem that all of the standoffs are plastic and not attached to the board at all. The standoff that fell off the board as I attempted installation fell off in my case. Thanks to my extra standoffs I was able to finish the project. You should be careful about that, though. Another problem with this product is that you have to push the wire into the sockets and they hold the wire. This is convenient for solid electrical wires, but not for awg 16 stranded wires since there is no way to push them My first challenge was prying the flanges open so the wire could be inserted. After that, everything worked fine. But, be aware that larger gauge stranded wiring may not fit in the holes. I don't think it will be a problem with the smaller sizes, but 16 AWG and 18 AWG might cause some problems. I am satisfied with the product as a whole.
