This track is a favorite of my two boys (4 and 5 years old). It is fun to drive the faster cars and see the glow in the dark features! We were disappointed, however, when one of the cars stopped charging after 6 months. As I called customer service, I didn't expect much and was pleasantly surprised when an actual person answered the phone and told me my car would be replaced. We got a new car within a week and were able to resume racing. It has been a pleasure serving you! Thanks for being so helpful! Sadly, the same thing appears to be happening to our blue car as well. However, even with these caveats, we would still buy this product again, because when it is in working order, it is one of our favorites.
