Questions & Answers

As a noob, I have no idea what I'm doing. Can you tell me the kind and capacity of battery I would need? Thank you. ?

A Maddog's Guide to Game Design While I am new to these too, I have been playing with them for a while. ESC is specified to be (2-in. A lithium battery with 4 cells or a lithium battery with 5 cells One and one. The current battery of choice for RC applications is the Lipo, so a 2S or 3 S Lipo would be the best option for this set up. There are a lot of common and good 3S 2200mah batteries that can provide excellent flight time, near peak performance when the motor is not under powered, while keeping the amp rating within the limits of the motor and ESC. As a result, the amp draw is subjective as the size and weight of the aircraft also play a role. As a result of this The main focus of this design is RC planes of the 400 class (or smaller). The following roughly describe them Size of wings One thousand millimeters/47. Two inches by one and one half by one and a half inches (without A Flying Weight (with battery) weighs approximately 2 oz. A 1000g/35 ball. A 3 oz. bottle for this price is Don't be afraid to experiment with it, and if a component fails, get another one.

This motor and setup would work for a full size slo stuck, do you think?

The weight of it is a bit too much- It would work, but you would be a bit too aggressive on the throttle to get in some good flying time - it would use more battery than you would expect. I think it is a real good deal for perks flyers, and should not be passed up if you're looking for something else than a flying broomstick. You can imagine the offerings of Test Flight online.

Is it possible that the motor I have will work in my 15s apprentice?

Unfortunately, it lacks enough punch to be effective The 870kv format is the best to look for. On Amazon, you can buy a motor. Make sure the OEM motor dimensions match the motor you are using Similarly sized shafts, motor diameters, and motor length must be used in a motor. It is powered by the Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 I have 3548 You can find the 840kv Brushless Outrunner Motor on Amazon for $40!

For the price, this is a good deal
4/5

According to the photos, everything arrived in good condition. Using this power combo, I have finished my Hobbyzone Supercub Brushless conversion with no issues. The plugs and the 3mm prop saver are included with the kit (pictured). If a prop saver is not used both O- and -O-, then the application is inoperable Therefore, I have been using a different prop hub/spiner The planes of my brother 961) are in good hands. Rated at 30A for the engine and the ESC We measured 21A/255W on a 3S 2200 when using the 10x5 prop that came with the kit. Resulted in a great performance with a thrust measurement of 1060g on my 800g plane. Three of these motor combos are now in my hangar (trainer, float plane, and 3D) and there will probably be more in the future.

This is a nice combo package A bit weak in terms of props
4/5

really like the fact that these came in a nice box all together, the motor comes with all the necessary hardware, including the motor mount, matching bullet connectors for the motor and ESC, and are well constructed. I believe the props, although there are (2) and they are marked "GENFAN" by the manufacturer, will be the only distraction from the race since they scream a bit too much for the drive. When flying similar sized props, I've noticed that they almost always flutter at high RPMs. This too can be a result of a miscalibration or failure in the mounting system Despite the prop, the prop is balanced. As long as the manufacturers are able to incorporate the industry standard XT60 connector with these for the ESC, that will make the system more feasible as a plug and play system with 99% of Li-ion batteries You can already find Pol batteries that are XT-compatible This connector consists of 60 pins.

Despite not having flown it yet, I have tried to run the motor with a 9x6 FS prop, and it pulls pretty well so I doubt there will be any problems
4/5

To power the FT Versa flying wing, I purchased this motor and ESC. It's not flown yet, but when I run the motor with a 9x6 FS prop it pulls quite well, so I don't think I will have any problems flying it. I got a great deal In our opinion, it was well worth the 80) it cost. In terms of programming the ESC, the only issue I encountered was confusing. A constant beeping was going on and I wasn't able to stop it or change it. My attention was then caught by a comment from another user on the site I frequent, which said that the throttle range must be set before the esc will engage. Set the throttle to the top and turn on the TX. Once the battery and system are armed, wait for the double beep and immediately turn the throttle all the way down. You should hear a confirmation beep as soon as you do that. that the esc is armed, it will fire. You will just hear beeping, beeping, beeping if you don't follow this procedure!.

Received the package but did not get everything in it
4/5

The hardware or mounting plate to actually mount the motor was not included in my first package. On the second order, everything was included except the prop adapter. I suppose you can understand why this is such a high price. far, everything is working as intended there have been no issues with ECS not working like others have experienced. It's also important to recognize that my motors did not arrive in a nice box like some are showing. Instead they came in a heavily padded envelope inside a larger box from Amazon.

This is a nice package and is Within 7 days of ordering, the package arrived nicely packaged and I was delighted
5/5

Combining these two is a real steal As long as the leads are soldered up and the components are installed in the plane, nothing more needs to be done. It took me a little under an hour to be in the air. Neither overheating nor lack of power will be an issue just add a little blue thread to protect it from damage. Put the locker on the screws as you assemble the unit. There is nothing worse than trying to dodge a prop that flies off the shaft of the motor!.

I am very pleased with this purchase, the quality is very pleasantly surprised to receive this motor in a nice box with foam rubber padding instead of a bulk plastic bag
5/5

Everything worked as it should and the quality was definitely better than expected. Additionally, there are enough connectors for everything to be connected. These props weren't bad, there was some balancing to be done and both needed the center hole to be reamed out so the metal mounting hub would fit. It has been bench tested without causing any problems to date. A flight test will not take place until the weather improves. Here are some pictures of the motor and the box in which it came. If interested, you can see them.

The problem is that 3/5 of the batches they produce are defective
3/5

Since I planned on building a tricopter (first time) and didn't want to spend too much, I got these parts. five just in case there was a crash or a bad batch, and so far out of the box, two ESCs are malfunctioning, and 3 of the motors have their magnets shifted down as I was testing them, so now none of them work. This is a product that I would not recommend buying. Instead of buying here, you should buy something at a hobby shop. Then, at least, you will be able to guarantee the things work.

For the money, this is a good combo! As of now, everything seems to be going well
3/5

Yesterday, I received the package. It was just as described. There is a little ECS, but i guess this was done to make the device lighter. I like this combination! It would have gotten 5 stars but I have to attach the connectors to it, which came with it, so that's no problem at all. As well as the propellers being huge, they are also heavy. The following is an A member of the ESC seems to be bad to me. The ECS of one of the computers did not work I've been using the engine on my slow flyer for quite some time it works smoothly.
