The plastic rocker arms that come with the Revo 3 are shown here. There is no aluminium in them! This is a case of false advertising.

You can get a replacement at a fraction of the cost from a hobby shop or Traxxas. I really like this purchase.

In this instance, there are no reviews needed. This is a standard plastic rocker that works properly. It's a progressive 2, medium length, not too short or too long, just right in the middle, great to beat around in your pocket.
