As I mentioned in my initial review, it said that these were too stiff and long for the Slash 1/16, but you can use them if you remove the threaded adjustment collars. Due to the extra room, it's possible to get a good downtravel, and the springs are soft enough to absorb bumps, but as they compress, they stiffen up because of the progressive design, which means it's great for jumping. The red ones are in the front, and the black ones are at the back, of my Slash 1/16 brushed Titan motor and dual NIMH batteries.
I rated them four stars since they were not near as helpful as I had imagined. My current traxxas slash was bouncy and unstable during testing, so I drove them on my slash to figure out the bouncy and instability. This is *B They need to be removed from the shock tower spring screw to fit the 1/16 shocks otherwise, they are ALL stiffer than stock if the screw part is left in place. I
will not assist you if your truck is unstable or tips over. In the event that you simply need lighter, stiffer options for your small car, then this is great. However, keep in mind that with stock shock oil and a stiffer spring, the truck will be bouncy.
It was exactly as needed, great price, and delivered within a few days.
It works perfectly on the 1/16 E-bike with the red ones up front and the black ones at the rear using 80# shock oil During the revision.
That's what they are. For my mini e-revo, I'm using these. Due to their length, you don't need the same amount of preload as stock springs. It is too strong for the sway bars from Hot Racing to function with the blue ones.
The work has been completed There is a Stampede 4x4 VXL in my possession. Blue is the color to use. My next RC will be dedicated to the remaining bits.
