My first month was marked by two breaks of two stock caps. Since I've had them on a year now, I've never had a problem. you compare them to the Traxxas performance aluminum caps, then they are pretty similar. The cheapest option is always the best.
It seems likely to me, although I'm not sure for sure.
A small shock isn't included in the stock package

A set of these (one blue, one red) was purchased ahead of time for a Stampede & Parade It was noted on the forums that replacing the stock plastic caps is strongly recommended since they tend to pull or pop off over time. My guess is that it's (With the exception of the blown shock for which I had to get shock fluid), the replacement caps fit perfectly and were easy and fast to install. My experience with these caps has been flawless and I would highly recommend them.
The caps do not come off like stock, so the shocks will not go flat. I knocked off a star for this model because the red is darker than the Traxxas red. My overall impression is that the product is good.
I love how they fit. Make sure the shoulder screws are purchased along with these if you should have any leaks.
We had to apply Teflon tape around a couple shock towers since these were leaking while the stock ones were not. Although the Teflon tape solved the problem, no other issues have arose since.
Ride a 4x4 with your foot. The shock body does not fit the TRX Ultra shock body or the ST3765 or ST3766 The part number is ST3767, which is a shock cap. I don't see the thread you're referring to. The return window was missed.
It's difficult to sew the stock to the ring.
A little difficult to get on the OEM plastic shocks, but very.
