The rivets on the underside of the prop that hold it to the hub are too small. They try and fail to get through the hub. When I heard a pop, I was about 250 feet up in the air with my drone. I looked up to see my drone spiraling down to the ground, which made me sick. Invest in DJI blades if you can. It'll be less expensive than having to buy a new drone. br>br>I've added a picture. A DJI blade sits on top. HeiyRC blades made up the rest. Take a look at how the rivets are piercing the plastic. Not good.
They flew fine for the first couple of flights, but one of the rivets WILL eventually come out, just like mine, and your drone will crash to the ground, just like mine. It's worth the extra money to get the official DJI props.
The propellers aren't genuine DJI parts, and I wasn't aware of the risks of using a subpar propeller. One of them broke off in mid-flight, costing $500. 00 repair, but I didn't save any money in the end. be warned.
They are too pliable and bend when loaded. When I gave it throttle, I could hear them making a strange sound. When I brought my Mavic in after it landed, I noticed gold scuff marks on the top shell. If you give it more than half throttle, they will bend too much and scrape against the drone's top. Extremely hazardous. Do not use this garbage on a high-end drone. After one flight each, both sets did this. BUYING THESE IS NOT A GOOD IDEA!.
Except for one set of props, none of the props at the hub could rotate freely. I also noticed that the rivets appeared to be undersized, and I didn't want to put my DJI investment on the line with these props. Please return them as soon as possible.
Use at your own risk! Very dissatisfied with this product. It was not as quiet as advertised, and the blades are so soft that they flex a lot while you turn hard, causing loud buzzing and leaving gold paint on the arm of my Mavic as seen in the photo under prop tip. I can't say for sure that these props were to blame for my camera being destroyed one week before my wedding, but I'd never had any problems until I tried aftermarket props. There will be no more. I recommend sticking with OEM because they are quieter and made to a higher standard.
These are backups for my drone that I purchased. For the first time in over a year, I broke a blade. 5 years as a property owner. Just in case, I wanted some backups. The price seemed reasonable, but after reading the comments, I'll always check for loose rivets with a pref light, or simply punch the rivets dead center on an anvil with a pointy centerbr>punch to ensure they're properly expanded in their sockets.
They are not original, and the plastic has a lower density. They do work, but I don't have much faith in them.
