I measured 35mA at 6V with no load. Under load, it can reach 50 mA. That works well with AA batteries, for example.
The current drawn by these motors ranges from 15 to 200 milliamperes. Depending on the voltage, gear reduction, and motor specifications, 40ma may be required. As a result, I believe your 600mA H-power supply is faulty. It would be sufficient to build a bridge.

I used to be skeptical, but that is no longer the case. These are extremely powerful for their size, and I plan to purchase more.
