At night, how far away is the visabity?

These white strobes can be seen from a distance of 300 meters at night and 150 meters during the day, as long as they are not in direct sunlight.

The strobes were both ineffective

I bought mine from Crazepony and it worked for a few weeks, but now both strobes have failed (though the regulator module continues to output 4). 3V). The instructions said not to use it for longer than 15 minutes, but I misunderstood that to mean 15 minutes "at a time" rather than 15 minutes "total. " It's worth noting that the two strobes don't flash at the same time.
