Mine is connected to a BEC via a trx4. So, if you get a Traxxas BEC, I believe the light kit will work.
It might work, but it's not designed to go with the blazer. For the blazer lights, you'll need the 8038 kit. In addition, there's an 8026 for rock lights.
These lights were created with the intention of being used as work lights. They attach to the TRX4 Sport's optional cargo rack, or you can make your own mount for an aftermarket roof rack.
To make it work for 2-channels, you'll need a Traxxas led voltage regulator 8028. Battery life is 4 seconds.

The lights are extremely bright, and I've already gotten compliments on them. It's perfect for what I'm looking for in my application.
On my Traxxas TRX-1000, I had already installed headlights and rock lights. 4th Line of Defense It was a little difficult to mount these on the roll cage, but they added a lot to the realistic look.
