As a result of his obsession with army war tanks. For the first few hours after it was opened, it worked perfectly. One of the tanks failed to function the next day. We returned it, only to discover that the product had been removed. There is no way to get another. I'm extremely disappointed. I had hoped it would last longer than a day for the price. My son, on the other hand, was extremely dissatisfied.
This two-tank set represents excellent value for money. The motors and radio communications appear to be of high quality - There are no issues. The tank treads are made of flimsy rubber, but only time will tell how long they will last; so far, they haven't caused any problems. Infrared light emitters and receivers are used to operate the battle mode, which works well. When a "shot" bounces around a corner and hits a hidden opponent, however, the light will reflect off hard and shiny surfaces, causing some confusion. The included rechargable batteries have a good battery life. about 15- On a charge, 20 minutes seems to be the norm. The tanks have a number of cool lights that cannot be turned off. Furthermore, the sound effects are quite loud and are not deactivable. As a result, there will be no hiding from another tank. (There will be no quiet play) These are perfectly capable of being used indoors on carpet or hard floors. We haven't tried them outside yet, but they don't appear to hold up well in wet or dusty environments. I'd recommend these to younger children because they travel slowly enough that even inexperienced RC enthusiasts will have a good time! Steering machines are useful. The turret rotates left or right, and the machine gun fires. The main gun fires at a different time. The main gun can be adjusted manually up and down, but not via RC controls; only left and right are available.
My boys were eager to earn money, so I assigned them some outside chores. They weeded a large garden and assisted in the trimming of all the bushes and around the house, as well as the bagging of the cuttings. They put in a lot of effort, and when they were done, I placed an order for these for them. We just got them a few days ago. Well, the low-cost Chinese nonsense has struck once more! For a few days, everything was fine, but then one of the tanks' left drive wheels stopped moving or moved very slowly. I double-checked all of the parts and found nothing blocking the drive wheel, but the motor wouldn't spin very often, and when it did, it spun very slowly. So, with these, we're going back to Amazon fulfillment. The boys are dissatisfied, but they've learned a valuable lesson about dealing with low-cost goods. I'm going to try again with a replacement set and report back to you. For the time being, the cost vs. quality rating is one star.
The three of me For over a week, my 6-year-old sons have been playing with these, and they've been fantastic!
Pros:
- They can turn on a dime and climb over obstacles thanks to the independent track steering (they've been building obstacle courses to see how much toys and random stuff they can climb over).
- The movement and firing functions of the turret are excellent. They shouldn't be so loud that they irritate Mombr>- Up to one hour of battery life has been achieved. Without a hitch, I was able to work for 5 hours straight.
- There are a lot of bright lights in this room. For an added challenge, you can drive them around in the dark. br>- Children and parents will have a good time with this game. br>Cons:
- There have been no problems so far, but I am concerned about the controller's durability, and the tanks have so many small moving parts that they are unlikely to last long without parental supervision (at least at my children's ages). I doubt the controllers will withstand repeated drops on hard floors, and if a child tried to push the tank across the floor like a toy, it would most likely break. We've been keeping a close eye on everything so far, and everything is running smoothly.
I'll be brutally honest and say I have no idea what they were expecting because my initial reaction was, "Wow, these are some really nice tanks. " They're the right size and weight. br>I bought these two warring tanks as a gift for my husband to do with our 5-year-old son. I thought I was clever because he is notoriously difficult to buy gifts for and has no hobbies or "passions" of any kind. I was hoping for the best. br>The tanks arrived promptly, and once they were unpacked, I opened the box and installed the batteries in both the tanks and the remotes that CAME WITH THE TANKS! I was overjoyed to discover those four separate packs of batteries neatly tucked inside the box next to their corresponding item. My thought of this is a nice product changed to this is an incredible product the moment I removed the batteries from the box, as there was a tiny screwdriver tucked beneath the batteries! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! The level of attention to detail is astounding. The small pleasures in life are the ones that bring the most happiness. It was wonderful not to have to look for batteries for not one, but two tanks. But what about the small screwdriver? That isn't considerate in the least. This is the type of business that is concerned not only with its product but also with its customers. Let's talk about tanks now, shall we? These guys are pretty incredible. The gun barrels are moving. While the tanks are clearly not designed for speed, they do move fairly quickly. If I could change one thing about them, it would be to add a volume control. They make a lot of noise. Personally, I find the lights and sounds to be a little too much. Despite this, I would still buy from them again. br>The tanks arrived yesterday, so we've only had limited time with them. What I can say is that they're sturdy, and while not overly simple, they're manageable by a 5-year-old. We haven't yet used them to their full potential, and I'm sure my son will need some assistance learning all the bells and whistles. whistles. These tanks are also a game in their own right! To disable your opponent, you must shoot him four times in the barrel area. I couldn't believe it when the tank turned off on its own. They were a big hit with my husband and son. These tanks are a definite winner in my opinion, and I highly recommend them.
