The first one I bought was the XL model, not the gold-plated model. There are both gold plated and gold dipped options available. To find out if that one is gold plated (not cast, meaning it's not made of gold, just dipped in gold) I recommend ordering from the Eaglemoss website directly. In addition to the available gold ones there, they would also have all the platinum ones. It has been and will continue to be frustrating for me being able to order things through Amazon , where the labels and listings are usually correct , but I've received the wrong items at least three times ... good luck!
There are multiple lights on it, so my answer would be no.

This is a "XL Enterprise-D Refit. ". As a result, the "All Good Things" refit of the XL Enterprise-D carries some significance. Other than the phaser strip on the upper saucer which is plastic, the outer ring of the lower saucer is metal, as well as the bottom saucer. Other than that, the ship is entirely made of In addition, the detail in the painting is impressive, and the paint does not detract from the actual moldings, which are meant to be that way It is quite nice to see red pinstriping all over the ship's nacelles, which really gives the ship a classy look. It is also possible to see an Aztec paint scheme, though its accuracy is difficult to authenticate. There was some paint chipping on the saucer's antenna and weapon on the port side of my ship The only thing I could see was a blemish on her arm. Although the belly cannon has a slight fitting problem, the cylindrical part of the saucer is not flush with the curved portion. This means you can see the connection posts and light is able to pass through - a relatively minute issue otherwise. Last but not least, the display stand locks into place around the sides of the secondary hull and the saucer at the aft separation plane The ship does not separate from its own hull. A display stand is attached to the rear of the display base, allowing for the saucer to be raised It is difficult to balance such a heavy ship. The alternate future Enterprise-D from the final episode of Star Trek the Next Generation has been recreated to a high level of accuracy and elegance.
For a while now, I have been purchasing Eaglemoss models of Star Trek and I now have They are worth the money as the XL versions are quite detailed and very impressive looking, definitely worth every penny.
This appears to be made out of metal and plastic, even though you will have to knock to tell if there is plastic inside. There was only one thing I did not like about the starship stand, which considered it to be flimsy compared to the weight of the ships. This is a pleasure to do business with!.
What was described was exactly what happened! There is no damage at all! It is a model that is very satisfying to own.
I am satisfied with all that has happened so far.
The results were better.
We are very pleased with the detail of this ship. It is a great purchase and well worth the money. Here is your chance to own a ship from your favorite show.
