I believe it will fit an ecx torment with front steering and rear camber. Yes, it is appropriate for an ecx torment.

Is this going to fit a rustler vxl?

Yes, by turning them for alignment, they can be adjusted.

As stated in the description, these are genuine Traxxas parts. Fits perfectly, just like the one that came with it. These are fairly durable, but the upgraded parts are trx 6742, which start at around $40 per set. So, depending on how hard you're bashing and how deep your wallet is, sticking to OEM parts is a fantastic option!.
