Selected User Reviews For Traxxas 5347 Rod Ends with Hollow Balls, Large (set of 12)
I made custom links for a custom wheel base with these on my SCX10. They perform as expected and, in my opinion, are an improvement over factory Axial plastic balls.
This is a critical component in the construction of rock crawlers. These are unbreakable and last a very long time. Over the Axial ends, this is a significant upgrade. I'd say they're three times shorter than the Axial ends. If you're going to use them on an older build, you'll need to replace all of the links. Otherwise, this is a clear revo replacement part, though the Jato ones are longer. If you require bent versions, the TRX4 has them available as well. Simply put, these are compact, light, and long-lasting. Take a 4-millimeter stud or an 8-millimeter stud. The ball has a 3mm hole and is threaded with 32 thread.
As expected from Traxxas, the quality is excellent, and it fits perfectly.
Traxxas manufactures high-quality, dependable components, which are recommended for R/C projects.
Replacement parts that work well.
My order arrived on time. The product is exactly what it says it is, and it is well packaged. Thanks.
it was a success I built some linkages for my SCX10 using these Rod Ends. It was fairly simple with a Dremel and some threaded rod. On these, the hole is quite deep, and the rod appears to be solid and unlikely to strip.
These wear out and break all the time. It's nice to have a bag of extras on hand.
