They can be adjusted, yes. Both rod ends can be extended 3/8 in 10mm maximum on each end.

Fit well and worked well for my Redcat 10's rear steering. I have extras; I'm not sure why they send you or force you to buy a pair; I'm guessing it will work in other places as well as the rear steering. Good deal at a reasonable price, with prompt delivery.
