As I hoped to use these with some clients who are on the Autism Spectrum, and I hoped it would engage them to make music by exploring the (colorful) world around them, I was really hoping they would like these. My experience using the feedback was not entirely positive and I found that delays were not eliminated Because of the triggering and awkward interaction, I came to realize that the clients I was working with wouldn't Regarding playing different colors (instead of using the included colorful input mat), most people don't have enough "pure" colors in their surroundings to make that feature very useful (in addition to the sloppy input behaviour). Having them respond to something else -- like how hard they're played -- or some way of determining whether 4 or 6 surfaces were touching one another that set off a pentatonic pile of notes -- might have been more fun. It gave me confidence to try them out as the return policy gave me peace of mind. As I said before, I wish the developers good luck with any updates they make. I admit it's a good idea, but it is not one I want to play.

I heard lots of buzz during the Consumer Electronics Show about them, so I was eager to try them out. Colors can create music in a lot of ways, but my favorite is using them to create music. Kids or me, it's up to you! It never occurred to me that you could use the rings on anything but the play pad, but we've tried them on just about everything and they work every time. It was also easy to use the app, and my kids loved creating different beat mixes and songs for it. They experiment with sounds and colors at the same time, grabbing rings out and letting their friends try them too. It's fun to watch them try new things and experience new things together- There's never a dud in this dance. You should give the Specdrums rings a try (for you or the kids) if you want a fun toy. They have been a lot of fun to watch!.

As well as being compact and light, this device can be taken practically * However, To use it, I had a hard time understanding how to do While I would have given it just three stars, I really do like the design and the idea of the game. I would like to see the written manuals returned! The game does not just give you "instructions" when you retry to play it.
