This Playmobil set is packed with details, just like the rest. The female character's outfits and skirts are simple to put on and take off. They also look great on the hangers. In this room of bedroom furniture and accessories, there is so much to experiment with. The two nightstands on either side of the bed have small lights that turn on and off. That feature was a big hit with our young granddaughter. This set is a lot of fun to play with. Now, using the individual rooms of furniture and people (adults and children) on their own, you can have hours of fun. We'll be giving the dollhouse as a birthday present to our little one soon, and we'll already have a lot of "rooms" to fill it with. The figures are a little smaller than the original ones from the 1970s (which I had for my own little girls), but they are still easily manipulable by our three-year-old granddaughter and myself. Those with larger hands/fingers (such as dad and grampy) may find it more difficult to manipulate.
I'm going to use it in a diorama that I'm going to make for my sewing room as a decoration! My children and grandchildren have played with Playmobil over the years, and it has always been of excellent quality, and this company continues to produce toys of the same high standard!.
Toys from Playmobil are always a good deal.

This is such a sweet set, and the attention to detail is fantastic! The bobbin on a sewing machine moves up and down as well.
