Toys from Calico Critter are one of her favorite things to play with. It was my plan to go ahead and gift her add-ons at Christmas and her birthday. Due to her having only the set I bought her for her birthday, I wanted to give her a set which gave her another Calico Critter as well as furniture and houseware. I love this set and it's so pretty There is so much you get with it! The fact that the items have realistic features like turning on the stove and flushing the toilet is fascinating to me. If I give this to her for Christmas, I am sure she will be thrilled. You can't go wrong with this. As soon as she receives this set, I can see her add it to her collection of other Calico Critter toys and have hours of fun with it. The nice thing about this set is the fact that it contains a lot of items that are normally sold separately and it puts them all together in one set at a great price, plus you get an extra animal! If you are looking for a gift for someone who loves little toys and imaginative play, give this to them.

This is the perfect gift for kids! In order to be a devoted Lala, I had to get all the Calico Critters things my little girls asked for (well, not really, but I did get them quite a few! I ordered the girl's outfit and it was just what I expected and has satisfied them to the fullest! Their happiness was evident when they received it!

A lot of amazing things are happening in this set. The toilet (go fig) that "flushes" is a favorite of my daughter. There is even an ice-maker in the fridge that drops plastic ice chunks into her It's amazing how much detail there is.

There are so many of these calico creatures, all of them! There is nothing wrong with this set. It is cute, but it does not feel precisely made and well made as some of As I've already established with everything else in my reference set I probably wouldn't notice or expect more if I didn't have everything else to compare, but I really do expect more from this brand than the set I've got.
