The last time we gave this to our granddaughter was some time ago. It turns out the sconce does not light up I had to do some research to find out. I like how it's portrayed in the show, and she likes how it looks like that.
The pieces that were missing from the set were the tiny magazines and a wall frame with pictures of "family members. " My 5-year-old was very excited to hold and play with those and was especially interested in the "family members" pictured in the frame. I thought about returning the set, but my little one had been waiting for it and would be devastated to return it to me so I decided to keep it. Ideally, all these pieces would have been there, but it would have been nice if all the pieces had been there from the start.

Calico Critters is my first purchase from them, and I have to admit that I wasn't very impressed with them. In order to compare these two sets, I bought this couch set and the bunk bed set from Woodzeez at the same time. As a first step, I must admit that because this set is by Calico Critters, whose sets typically run more expensive than their competition, I expected a greater level of quality - but it wasn't - I was still blown away by it. My job was not to be a teacher. Therefore, I would say at least in the furniture I purchased, Woodzeez and Calico Critters were of essentially the same quality. Despite the Woodzeez set's larger size, I preferred the set from Woodzeez. Woodzeez sets are slightly larger, so they are best suited to play with younger children and to the types of figures that children will most likely like. add too many tiny additional parts to the sets that will just end up getting lost. It was the little details in the Woodzeez Bunk Bed Set that I preferred to the flowers in the Calico Living Room Set. I will keep the Woodzeez pieces for my son to play with as he gets older. The pieces were good to play with and I'll keep them for him. We found that the flower petals on the Calico Critters were too small to keep for our children to play with ) I returned the Calico Critters couch set but kept the Woodzeez bunk bed set because I was unsure of Since the Calicocritters set is too small for my Daniel Tiger figures, I know I will not buy another one. But the other Woodzeez sets are not what I want. (I don't like the idea of having extra pieces I have no plans to use or any desire A) I consider the bunk bed set to be Woodzeez's best piece.
I like this set a lot. Detailed to the point of being absurd. Despite the number of items and the quality of the items, I was blown away by their quality. There are tons of cool furniture sets from Calico Critters. I have already bought four of them. One thing I dislike about their houses is how small they are in comparison to their furniture, even their most spacious It turned out that several key items from the set were hidden behind a cardboard in the box, and I could have easily overlooked them if I hadn't looked carefully in the box.
It is so adorable to have a living room set with the Calico Critters. My favorite part was putting together the magazines and newspaper and sticking stickers on stuff. I really like lighting up the fireplace with a AAA battery. Additionally, I absolutely love that the doors on the cabinet actually open so you can put your utensil and cup inside so you don't lose them. I keep this on my desk so whenever I sit down at my desk, I'm always cheerful.
The story is filled with amazing details and wonderful objects that any child would enjoy and provides them with hours of fun and imagination. This is amusing to play with even for teenagers if your child is old enough to do so. She chose several different scenarios for her critters to play in the Deluxe Living Room set in the Luxury Townhome, which not only filled up the empty room, but also suited the layout of the luxury townhouse. It's perfect if you have a lot of furniture in your living room, but it doesn't quite meet your child's needs. If you stop by, be sure to put it in your cart. The product is amazing, high-quality, and I rate it 5 stars.
As usual, it is adorable, but all the magazines, the gift, the wall picture, the white purse, and the gift are missing. There's a strong possibility that they were packaged together and all the missing items were together. It's not my fault she is disappointed with me I don't intend to send it back!.
