I placed an order for one. It's a 25" replacement ball that's way too big. This game has been in my possession for a long time, and the ball that came with it is probably 1. 06". I believe the number one is correct. The number "25" is misspelled in the description. It's far too big and dense, making the game far too simple. 1., in my opinion The number "06" is correct, and the description should be updated.

It was a present for my son at Christmas. The item itself appears to be brand new, well-made, and well-presented. The game, on the other hand, is far too simple to master. I play with three other children. It took one minute for me and an 11-year-old kid to get the ball into each of the six planets' holes. For younger children (8 years old), it took several attempts. 9), but all of them were completed in under 5 minutes. br>There are scores for each planet, which adds to the fun of the competition. My children stayed for approximately 10 minutes before leaving. They did say, however, that they wanted to play again later. As a result, the quality rating is three out of five stars. If the kids play again, I'll give an update on the game itself.
If you remember this toy from your childhood or any other time, this is a fantastic, well-made version of the classic game. The total length of the board is just over 18 inches - I recall reading comments on other similar toys claiming that they were too small; this one is the size that I recall - It's not a small amount, in my opinion. The "buckets" have felt padding, which is a nice touch. The "Space Force" logo on the game is probably my least favorite feature - I'm a designer, so I'm picky, but it appears to be a 4-star product. year- It was created by an older person.
The game is well-made and incredibly simple to put together! The only reason this gets four stars is because the wood was a little rough in two places (see photo). It's not a big deal; I just need to sand it down a little, but it'd be nice if it arrived smooth and ready to use. br>br>Having said that, this is a super fun and simple game! My wife and I are competitive, so we frequently play "highest combined score after 5 tries" to have some fun and take a break from our office work. br>br>It's important to play on a level surface. We discovered that one table made it nearly impossible to reach "Pluto," while another table made it far too easy to reach Pluto every time. So grab a level and make sure you're playing on a flat surface. It's a fun challenge once you've mastered it, and our visitors can't seem to get enough of it. It was well worth the investment!.
You must assemble this yourself, but there is no right or wrong way to do so. The metal bars, however, are not at the proper angle to ever shoot the moon once screwed together. The bottom ends must be manually held up, and the top ends must be awkwardly maneuvered. I'd like to return this set and replace it with one that comes with the bars already angled correctly. Shooting the moon was physically impossible with ours because of the way it was put together. That's not a lot of fun for anyone. (I grew up with one of these and am familiar with how it works. ).
This game is a lot of fun! We gave it to our granddaughter for her ninth birthday because our daughter liked it when she was eight or nine years old. And she loves it as much as her mother did! It necessitates dexterity, perseverance, and coordination. It can be played and enjoyed by a single child or a group of children. br>Great rainy-day entertainment with NO BATTERIES REQUIRED! br>The wood construction is extremely durable, and if the steel ball is lost, simply order a 1. You're good to go again with a 25-inch steel ball bearing.
This was purchased to replace a long-lost 1960s original Shoot the Moon. br>br>The game is still entertaining, particularly for kids. br>br>While the quality isn't quite as good as the original, it's still useful and entertaining. Recommend. br>br>.
I was very pleased with this item because it was larger than I had anticipated. We went unplugged this year and decided no electronic gifts, so I used it as part of a Christmas gift. It's been a lot of fun, and my kids love it. We haven't taken it off the coffee table or put it away since it first came out because we play it so much.
This is a game that both my daughter and I enjoy playing. The arms were a little loose, so I tightened them up with some washers near the screws, and it worked fine. I also bought a smaller ball separately because the one that came with it was a little larger than the one that came with the original game years ago. Two steel balls are now in use. Beginners should use the larger one, while experts should use the smaller one.
