This is a fantastic set with some fantastic models
5/5

This was my first purchase in AoS, and I'm very pleased with it. With the exception of the dice, which are cheap and small, all of the components are of excellent quality and appearance. It's not a big deal, but some of the nice full-size dice that come with the Soul Wars box would have been nice to have included. br>br>The models are the main attraction here, and they are truly stunning. They're all "easy to build," which means you don't need glue to put them together, and unlike the WH40k easy to build models, I found this to be true. All of the pieces fit together nicely and with little effort, but the finished models are sturdy and well-made. Just make sure you have snips on hand to remove the parts from the sprues; there are a lot of small, delicate parts. They're actually quite enjoyable to construct because there's such a wide range of models to choose from, and they look great when they're finished. I really can't say enough about how fantastic these miniatures are. The Stormcast appear proud and ferocious, whereas the Nighthaunt appear strange and creepy. br>br>The included books are also quite nice, with a small book containing the core ruleset and a larger book containing lore and more in-depth information. depth rules, painting guides, some basic tutorial missions, and a catalog are all included in the game. This book is beautifully bound and laminated, and it is jam-packed with stunning photographs and illustrations. If you ask me, the book is worth $40 on its own. br>br>The terrain mat is also quite nice. It's a big poster that's printed on nice, thick paper and looks great on both sides. The warscrolls are also nice and thick, with a good amount of detail. printed. There are also some warscrolls included for models that aren't included in the box. It's odd, but I suppose it's to persuade people to buy those models. br>br>When Age of Sigmar first came out, I despised it, but the sheer quality of this box has turned me into an AoS fan. That's how good it really is. If you can't decide between this and the 40k "First Strike" set, I'd say this is the better option in terms of the quality of the included items.

At first, I was concerned
4/5

These small starter sets have always been a great way to get into Age of Sigmar or 40k, and I hope Games Workshop continues to do so. br>br>This AoS 2. The number zero was superior to the number one. 0 though. It includes some cardboard/paper mat scenery, as well as a generous helping of push-button controls. Fit models with scenic bases for the Stormcast and Nighthaunt (including the Banshees, who are not included in the medium or large versions of the starter), a nice full-size booklet with lore/basic rules/painting tips/scenarios, and dice/ruler br>br>At first, I was concerned because the box had not been sealed. I started thinking about the reviews I'd seen online where people had similar experiences with the contents of the package being busted, missing, or not as advertised. Thankfully, everything has arrived and is in good working order.

This is a fantastic place to begin, and the starter kit is fantastic
5/5

I've always wanted to try Warhammer, but I didn't want to spend $150 on a game I wasn't sure I'd enjoy, so this was a great way to ease into it. I strongly advise anyone on the fence to give it a try. I've already told a few friends who are interested in learning more about it.

I'm a big fan of Nighthaunt, and their models do a great job of giving you a creepy spirit vibe. For a beginner or collector, this is a fantastic value!.

This is a fantastic game collection
5/5

Perfect for gaming, but not so much for painting. The ones that aren't so simple appeal to me the most. After mount, there are crevasses. It's incredibly light, making it difficult to work on. The ones made of resin are my favorite. Heavier and more detailed.

Miniatures of good quality. A small game mat made of paper. The dice are small, but they have a lot of power.
