case with lots of power These wheels were an excellent replacement for my HF porta-potty's cheap molded plastic wheels. case with lots of power To fit the bottom corner of the plastic case, I cut and bent a piece of 16 gauge steel with my press brake. To act as a "bearing" for the axle, I welded 1/8" thick steel plate to both ends of the axle and drilled 21/64 holes in them. Twenty 1/8" aluminum pop rivets secure the plate to the case. On the original axle, the wheels were a perfect fit. This is a porta-potty with a weight capacity of ten tons. With all of the attachments, it has a lot of power. I can now pull instead of carry it now that the wheels have been replaced.
Seal bearings, slick profile, fits 5/16" bolt shaft No problem if there are a few small air bubbles inside. My Toro PowerCurve snow thrower has wide, plastic treaded OEM wheels. They quickly fill up with snow; When it comes to snow, there is no practicality. My new SCOOTER WHEELS do not have any tread and will not pack snow; They're narrow enough to cut through compacted snow while still carrying the machine. I replaced the factory axle with two 3" long 5/16" bolts, one for each wheel, and joined them across the middle with an All-Brand All-Brand All-Brand All-Brand All-Brand All-Brand All-Brand All-Brand All-Brand Thread rod and two long coupler nuts were used, and each wheel bearing was greased heavily to help keep moisture out. Done and dusted.
My elliptical's wheels were pretty worn out and the same size as these, so I decided to try out scooter wheels. They've done a fantastic job so far. The wheels have been in place for a long time and have been put through hundreds of workouts. They're also extremely silent. These have served me well.
After about 2 months of use, one of the wheels began to make grinding noises and performed poorly. The bearings had obviously failed. After about three months of use, the second wheel had worn down to about a third of its original size. The rider is under 100 pounds. I was hoping for much better performance from the wheels.
These were purchased to replace a broken track wheel on my norditrac elliptical machine. They're a little wider than the one that blew out, but they got the job done. I'm out of excuses now. The wheels' bearings are incompatible with the elliptical axle. I simply took out the old bearings and installed them in the new wheels, and voila! I was able to save a significant amount of money as a result of your efforts. It would cost around $100 if I could even find the right wheels. I was planning on tossing the elliptical machine. These were reasonably priced and perform admirably.
Fitted perfectly on an older Razor and restored the scooter to its original condition. We made sure not to overtighten, and the wheels now spin so much better than the old ones we replaced. My children can "customize" each scooter with their own style thanks to the various colors. It helped them get outside and away from their video games, which is worth it in and of itself!!.
These are precisely 100mm, as promised. The wheels I needed to replace were 92mm in diameter, according to my measurements. I was unable to locate that size and was only able to locate these or 98mm. These appeared to be more attractive and were less expensive. I had to take a chunk out of my step-father's body. To get the front wheel on, I used my son's razor, and the back wheel was just a smidgeon too big. I figure a few rides will wear down the back wheel, but it is close to rubbing against the frame right now. It's nice to have a more stable bearing.
Replacement wheels for your scooter that are both affordable and stylish. Is there anything else you could ask for? I bought these to replace the worn-out stock wheels on my Razor Scooter (A) and I'm very pleased with them. They're more slick, have less rolling resistance, and have smoother bearings. If you keep this wheel off the ground, it will spin for a long time. br>br>I DID have to make a minor modification to my scooter in order for the front wheel to fit. Because the wheel was a few millimeters too tall, I had to shave down some plastic above the front axle. It's not a major issue. br>br>Shipping could have been done more quickly. These are made in Michigan and shipped to you. Before they arrived, I could have driven from my home in New York to Michigan and picked them up in person.
