The motor works, but the attached sprocket's set screw piece appears to be of poor quality. A hollow rod made of a small rolled plate of metal holds the gear to the shaft instead of a screw or bolt. To get the sprocket off, I had to drill out the "set screw. ".
I required the motor depicted with the three prongs. On the motor's face, there is a bolt mount. I was given a 4-pole motor. On the motor body, place a point mount. Unusable in every way.
I bought the wrong item (24 volts) when I needed 36 volts.
I was concerned because one of the other reviewers claimed to have received something different. However, it arrived in perfect condition - Model XYD- is a model that was created by a group of designers. The 6B motor had a three-bolt base. It was a breeze to get my Ezip500 back up and running. I've only used it once, but it appears to have good torque and performs well.
