The bolts aren't included with the scooter wheels, unfortunately. I attached these wheels with the bolts that came with my scooter.

After about a month, my scooter's old 98 mm inline skate wheels began to crackle as it rolled, and I couldn't go as far with each push. After replacing the bearings but still hearing noises, I decided to take a chance and replace the wheels rather than junk the scooter. My old plastic cores appeared to have broken. I'm a big guy who weighs 200 pounds, so these Kutrick wheels with aluminum cores were worth the extra money. It was money well spent. My scooter now rides like new thanks to the new wheels. There are no more cracking sounds, and I can push my scooter a lot farther with each push. Plus, the wheels give my scooter a new look! My 15-year-old scooter now appears to be more of an adult scooter than a cheap $20 kid's toy. A strong recommendation!.
These wheels were purchased to replace the ones on my son's scooter that had worn out. I was concerned that they wouldn't fit properly or that replacing them would be difficult. These wheels, on the other hand, were a breeze to replace and fit perfectly. They also have a fantastic ride. What's more, when my son saw them, he squealed with delight. What could be cooler than these white rims, right? There isn't much.
They're great for the street and the skatepark, and they're not going to break.
They have a nice smooth roll, are quiet, and appear to be fairly durable. Bearings are in good shape.
I had to remove the plastic piece from the front forks, but they fit perfectly and ride fantastically. With a few tricks, they can even support my 180 pound body. My daughter adores them, and the quality of the finish and color are exceptional.
They are a big hit with my son.
On my son's scooter, I replaced some of the softer wheels. They've been used at a concrete skate park and have performed admirably thus far.
Tires degrade rapidly. They didn't even make it to the end of two months.
