I don't even think that it has been a while. Several years ago, when my daughter was two, I bought her this. It has still been in perfect condition since she was six years old. Despite being in storage and unused, it's in perfect condition. It's been used a great deal in a home daycare that I run. Besides that, I also own a two & I have a half-year-old son who is just learning to climb and rock on it. I only have one complaint the handlebars, which I have to tighten constantly. However, it is easy to tighten I just need to twist The situation is not a problem.
The quality of this product is so bad. Pandas are my kids' favourite animals, but I was surprised at how cheaply it was of all, the box to hold the bottom sled rocker piece was damaged upon arrival because there was a hole cut out for it. Also, the wood was unfinished, had handles, and would have caused splinters if left unattended. A third issue was that one of the handles was completely detached from the handle. After I sewed the panda frame closed, I was afraid my son's legs would get caught between the rocker and the metal structure inside. The panda remained frail for only 24 hours more after I sewed the frame closed. I was really disappointed because my son loved it and I think it's so cute. I will be gone for I didn't feel like I received value for what I paid for a single.

The ink stain does not stand out too much in pictures, but when they are seen in person, they stand out and look really strange.
