Is it possible to machine wash and dry these books?

By manually "spotting cleaning" them with a little soap and water, I keep the pages from getting too wet. Machine washing is not something I'm familiar with.

Can you feel the crinkles on these pages?

Yes, I agree! Crinkly and fluffy pages make them very nice to hold. A good ratio of thin to thick is ideal.

Such a cute little kitten! Especially given how many there are! He loves to look at them, and his eyes are captured by the crinkle of the pages! The little tabs at the top of good quality have long loops around them so you can hang them or tie them.

I would definitely recommend this book for babies that are newborn, the colors correspond to baby's skin tone, and this can still be used as a baby book as toddlers! I would highly recommend it!.

My brother and sister in law are looking for something just like this. They prefer something black and white for their newborn without too many colors. There is much tightening of the stitching. They are only negative in that they are just packaged very plainly in a bag (see The boxes would have been much better if they had been packaged.

These are a favorite of our baby. His interest is piqued by the crinkle of the clothes. The diapers go into our baby's mouth right away as he is under one so I wish they could be machine washed, but they can be wiped.
