The material is very soft and the colors are beautiful. To construct this thing, it took me about 12 hours in total. The pain in my fingers is unbearable! In spite of that, it was a very enjoyable bonding experience for me with my son. Her bed is always filled with it.
Our granddaughter loved it. We bought it for her because she is eight years old. Her mom helped her put it together but now she sleeps under it and is so proud of her. It took several hours for her to put it together. I rate this as a 5 out of 5.
It's easy to tie because of the cut in the fabric. There is not enough fabric on the shirt. A lot of the strips can come off if you pull too hard. The only problem is I am doing this with my four-year-old kid, who loves it. There is, however, a lot of caution required. A woman who doesn't know how to tie is far outside of her skill set for this mission. As we speak, it is a fun time to bond with mom and her It's a good book. I would buy it again.
I purchased it for a gift for our eight-year-old On the day after Christmas, she made it. She was thrilled with how it turned out. I was also pleased that the fleece was of good quality and that the tabs had been cut deeply enough to tie together easily.

There is something about Melissa & Doug that I just love An avid fan of Doug. It's just a pain in the buttocks to wear this blanket. There is no doubt that this is a difficult toy to assemble and is certainly not for young.
