The loom kit allows you to make 8 potholders. If you have a favorite color, I recommend ordering an extra single color pack. These loops are nice and thick, and they work well as potholders.
Yes, you can make 8 potholders with enough loops left over to make one more! The colors are the earth tones that are in the pile, and they are AMAZING! I make all of the holiday gifts as well as teacher gifts. Deal of the Century!
You can choose between two bags of lops: one that is bright and the other that is dark. I believe the one you've drawn is the one with the darker, more muted colors. The vibrant and colorful bag of loops is a real eye-catcher.
Hi there! When finished, the potholders measure between 5 1/2 and 6 inches in length. br>Harrisville Designs is a design firm based in the city of Harrisville, Tennessee.

I purchased the Harrisville loop and eight potholder kit and was very pleased with it; however, I needed more loops and ordered the package that was supposed to make eight potholders--which I did not receive. That was not the case. Only six pot holders could be made with the loops I had. I looked up Harrisville's contact information and wrote to them, requesting that the missing loops be sent to me. I never got a response, so I had to order another bag of loops on my own dime to finish my project. In conclusion, both the material quality and the color selection of loops are excellent. Customer service in the event of a defect is woefully lacking, as is quality control over the number of loops.
The vintage design of the sturdy metal frame and high-quality loops are the best. We've given these to each of our children over the last few years, and they now use them to make gifts for hosts when we're invited to dinners, parties, and other events. br>br>The color palettes and color variations chosen for each grouping (pastel, bold, earth tones, etc. ) are exquisite. I expect to see these cherished and put to good use for many years to come. br>br>Heirloom quality loom, I expect to see these cherished and put to good use for many years to come. br>br>Are you thinking about saving a few bucks and purchasing a plastic loom instead? br>br>We strongly advise you to prioritize quality over quantity in this situation. br>br>Having put the plastic looms and nylon loops to the test, I can report that they fell flat. They fray while weaving, the plastic hooks are difficult to work with and catch on the material, and in the end, the pot holders (and many other things you can make with these wonders, thanks to YouTube tutorials) come out much smaller once removed from the loom, don't quite hold their shape, and are flimsy, making them more of a novelty than anything else. br>br>With this brand, you get more bang for your buck, a better product in exchange for your time, and the tools are designed to be used rather than just as a (simple and frustrating) toy (as with those plastic sets). The metal loom, metal hook, and cotton loops ensure a more pleasant user experience and a higher-quality end product. br>br>*I am not affiliated with Amazon or the brand of this loom in any way (though if you're looking, let me know). I'm just a mom who's been crafting for a long time. Years of trial and error, a "waste not, want not" type who has had to weigh the value of some subpar products against the amount of time it would take to "make good use" of them. br>br>We're excited to try out their larger looms and possibly buy some of their gorgeously colored loops in bulk in the future.
These loops are of exceptional quality. Working with the random colors was a lot of fun and resulted in a beautiful potholder! As you can see, no two are the same, which encourages creative thinking. However, because my bag only had seven loops, I used seven to make hanging loops on the potholder. I recently purchased two additional totes. These are going to be fantastic gifts!.
Potholders can be made out of these loops. The size is perfect, and it's also very sturdy. br>There were about 6 loops missing from the bag in order to make the 8 potholders that were advertised. br>In addition, the color scheme was heavily influenced by rust, gold, and olive. Colors from the 1970s that were popular at the time? I made due, but it would have been nice to have a few more if the Blues (only 16 total, two blue colors) had been included to balance things out. br>I'm hoping for a return of the black and white loop bag.
These loops make excellent, durable, and long-lasting bracelets. potholders that last a long time You can't use what you find at discount craft stores because they're almost always made of synthetic fabric that will melt, and if they're made of cotton, they'll be too short or thin to use. br>br>Pot holders are made by my husband and given as Christmas gifts to family members. Gifts of this nature are always appreciated.
Great loops and a lot of them for a cheaper price than single color packages that only make two pot holders. However, because there are random colors in random amounts, you may not be able to make two identical holders, nor will you be able to make exactly eight holders. My bag was missing one loop out of a total of eight loops. The 12 different colors are earthy and complement each other well.
I ordered neutral and green loops, which she adored just as much as the brighter colors. Harrisville offers a wide range of color options, as well as sturdy loops.
It's a good size and it's built to last. When removed from the loom, each loop fits the standard size loom and maintains its size. At $12, I believe these are a fantastic deal. $15, but pay $20 because they're really nice; in fact, after seeing how well the first set worked, I went out and bought a second set.
