I have two boys, 8 and 11 years old The year is It is a huge hit with my granddaughters. Their favorite part of the process is designing and This is a little excessive for a 4-year-old The year is Although it is old, it would make a good gift for anyone aged 12 or older The year is An old person. I am so proud of you,
The answer is yes. As my daughter is 8 years old, she has to be helped, but an 11 year old should be okay
It has taken my niece a long time to learn to sew. As soon as she learned to pin everything in place, she would take it apart and show her mom or me or some other adult, which she obviously enjoyed a lot. I imagine that eventually she will sew it, but it was fun and engaging, even without sewing.
Thank you for your patience. I apologize for the delay. It's up to you to decide what you want to do with There is a lot of room for creativity. You can choose whether you want it to be simple or complex. A brochure explains the fashion design process is included with the kit. An easy way to sew a dress can be as simple as pinning fabric directly to the manikan, or you can sketch ideas, pull fabric samples, and sew it up. I just wanted to warn you that there are several

In my 12th year of life, I got into tying safety pins and safety pins and putting sheets together to make dresses. Every time I do it, I have a good feeling. This toy caught my eye so I bought it. It came with 1 bow that had already been ripped, so I didn't have much fun with it. The sheers they offered ripped as soon as I held them, and the instructions they gave were terrible. There is no way to make fancy designs when you are sewing (and I can hand stitch) - you can only make simple ones - - - The item was completely different from what they had displayed online. In fact, it was of a very low quality.
Nothing to worry about. In any case, I found the quality of the materials disappointing as a seamstress. Because my daughter asked for it, I bought it for her, but when I looked at the notions and materials it contained, There are notions available at Walmart that are better than these (pins, scizzors, measuring tape, etc. ) The only thing that's hard to find is a dress form, which is about the size of a Barbie My own sewing kit would have cost less if I had made it myself instead.
She has asked me to teach her how to design and create clothes for her dolls when she is nine years old. It was difficult for children to follow the instructions! There is no way a child could learn to do this on their own without them. Instructions on how to sketch your design were the only things provided with the kit. For those of you who do not know how to measure, cut or stitch clothing, this set is a waste of money. There was a lot to be disappointed about.
It is great as a gift for my 10 year old daughter. She is always drawing outfits on my grocery list. Now she can sketch her designs, and then it is brought to life. She enjoys it very much.
She thought this was a cute concept and was very excited to play with it. Although overall the designs are very cute, there isn't a ton of fabric to create some of the most adorable ones. Aside from the paper pad and the markers, you can also get both for a really low price. It would have been nice to get some better quality than the stuff that's given away as party favors. I'm just waiting for the mannequin to come off the base so that I can figure out how to reattach it. I think I'll just take it down to the basement and put it on the floor. In my opinion, the concept is there but I would recommend they revisit what's included for the price. a more durable mannequin as well as a design pad that has a cute design and can withstand kids.
It is one of my favorites. Due to its large size, the box appears to be more expensive than it really is. So she can come up with even more designs, I'm likely to buy this again. The only thing I wish it had was buttons or fasteners so she could take her creations off the mannequin and use them on a doll.
She said it was the best present she ever received for Christmas. The only complaint I have is that the product is far too expensive It would have been nice if the mannequin were the size of a standard barbie doll so her fashions could also be used on her little sisters' dolls or if this could come with a doll of the same size as it is. In addition, the mannequin was not standing straight. Toppling over after toppling over kept happening. My wire that I accidentally cracked apart had to be bent to help it stand on its own, but it helped it greatly. I did not mind her liking it because she did not mind.
This set is very cute and great for both my daughters (ages 7 and 8). It is strange because the eye is slit to make it more like a hook, which makes threading super easy, but the thread can come out of the eye and caught in the hook when sewing. It's more bulky than a Barbie, which I like, but it's larger than a doll I'd normally buy. It is harder to dress Barbie in bigger clothes since it is hard to put clothes on her.
Overall, this is a nice set with a lot of fabrics to choose from.
